The Sheesh Turkish BBQ Restaurant – St.HelensA fantastic choice or starters and also crispy duck. Love this restaurant. though always get too full on starters to fully enjoy the main courses. I never learn haha
Hong Sing – St.HelensThis is the best place to eat a good steak chicken, etc the chips are excellent to. I have been going to this restaurant since i was 17, and thats a good few years. I have never complained about the food or the service its execellent, and great value for money. Also had family meels here up to 20 of us an they still get the food to you all and no waiting. I would recomend any one to go there you wont be disappointed.
The Charcoal Grill – St.Helensstunning place and food good luck lads.
Green Garlick – St.HelensI visited the Hong Sing this evening with my husband this evening, and was disgusted by the lack of choice for none meat eaters. I asked what choice was available and i got a bowl off rice , mixed vegetable's and noodles (what a buffet ) then they had a cheek to charge me full price £9.00 a very expensive 3 items.
Hong Sing – St.HelensMe and my family regularly use Hong Sing and the food is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.. Highly reccomended 10/10
Hong Sing – St.HelensMy partner and I went this evening to the east orient buffet in St Helens. There wasn’t a decent selection of dishes, just the basics you would expect to find in any poor quality buffet. The PLASTIC plates were GREASY, it was proper disgusting, and ridiculously small and cold.In the restaurant it was incredibly hot, and the air con was off. There were flies flying all over our heads and food, it was really, really nasty. And the same songs played every 5 minutes. We had only heard and read bad reviews about this restaurant but we like to judge for ourselves so we decided to try it out.We will NEVER EVER go back and we don’t recommend it to any one. We had 2 weekend dinner buffet (although it was Friday) and a bottle of rose. We paid £27.95.You get what you pay for. Oh we had to pay for tap water, so in the end we cancelled it.The decoration was comfortable, but nothing spectacular. The food quality was average in my opinion, but my partner says above average. the meat was mostly dried, we had to constantly for the dishes to be brought out. The desserts were pretty standard and the service was beyond poor, they could benefit from some training. We felt ignored and were left unattended throughout all our dinner experience. If you are thinking of going there, just DON’T. Don’t waste your money, it’s not worth it. If you plan to go to any buffet in St Helens, make it to the The Chinese Buffet, as it is simply the best in merseyside.Resuming- very poor dining experience, average food, pfff, disappointing, a waste of money and time. Just don’t go.
East Orient Buffet Restaurant – St.HelensWell, was looking for a different Chinese and found this one after looking at this site and reading the reviews. " fabulous food.......quality was amazing.........better than I had before.......little jewel that nobody knows about.....the best chinese that I have ever been to" , so packed the missus and kids into the car and headed down there. Looked at the picture of the outside of the place but didnt let it put me off. WHAT A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT. It is a low class chinese with low class food. There are far more superior chinese restaurants in St Helens. Think these reports have been left by people who dont travel any further than the bottom of their street. For the quality of the food the prices are a joke. It cost us over £150 and all everyone was looking forward to was getting a Mcflurry on the way home. Soft drinks warm and flat and come from a large bottle, but charged at very large prices. Food was extremely bland and to rate it as the best ever really is an insult to the other restaurants in St helens. I have had far better quality from many a takeaway. We eat out as a family at least once a week so my advice to anyone who hasnt been to Mr Chans before is dont bother.
Mr Chans – St.HelensI'm a regular customer at hong sing the food is lovely, very clean an fresh an the staff are very friendly the kids love going too .

The Sheesh Turkish BBQ Restaurant – St.Helensadvertises full english, turned up 11.30 on a Saturday to be told "no eggs and no bacon"! OMG -typical St Helen (Asda is all of 2 mins away)
Caffe Roma – St.Helensi read the above comments and can concur with what everyone has said. food lovely, clean and polite. will defo be going back soon
The Sheesh Turkish BBQ Restaurant – St.HelensWent looking for a Turkish restaurant close to Huyton and found this beauty. Food was amazing and we ended up staying for over 3 hours just talking to the staff about food and Turkey. Great atmosphere and would recommend to anyone looking for something new or authentic Turkish food. 5 Stars guys!
The Sheesh Turkish BBQ Restaurant – St.HelensWe visited this restaurant on recommendation from a few people. I was delighted to see an open kitchen were you could see your food being cooked in front of you on the fabulous charcoal barbecue. I actually spent more time watching the chef cook the food than talking to my wife LOL. The food was outstanding and the service we got was second to none, I will be returning in the near future and i would recommend it to anyone. 5 STAR.
The Sheesh Turkish BBQ Restaurant – St.HelensLovely food, reasonable prices and friendly but unobtrusive service. Would recommend getting a table near the BBQ so you can watch your food being cooked amongst the sparks from the coals - think all restaurants should have open kitchens like this so nothing is hidden. Will defo be going back.
The Sheesh Turkish BBQ Restaurant – St.HelensWe visited Sheesh on a friends recommendation and we weren't disappointed. excellent food and service, already planning our return
