Bloody fabulous!

This was our first visit after the reopening and our expectations were high as we were regular customers previously. We were not disappointed. The bistro has been refurbished to a high standard and has a relaxed comfortable atmosphere with background music at the right level and genre. Service was excellent from the moment we walked in to when we left. All the team were friendly and professional and food and drink was served in a timely manner. The food was superb, we both said it’s the best meal we have enjoyed in a while, and all at a reasonable price. As you can guess, we would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed an evening meal at the reopened Pastiche. The service and food were very good, and we thought the price was just right. The new decor is very attractive and makes the atmosphere cosy and welcoming. We liked the fact that the background music was not too intrusive. My friend and I intend to return for lunch soon.

Amazing food ,good service and lovely atmosphere. Only downside was the coffee -asked for black coffee which they can’t do as the machine doesn’t offer that function. Gave us a cafeteria but tasted strange -overall great experience thanks Pastiche we will be back .

The staff and service here are incredible. Super friendly, chatty, fun - I cannot fault them at all. Especially the young man with the excellent mullet - he stood out to me. Loved his manner and playfulness with guests - a genuine young man. The food, for us, was disappointing. However, for 3x courses for £25… fair. My husband wasn’t impressed with the quality of his prawns for his cold starter; he said they were bland. My soup was fine. My husbands belly pork was overdone for main. My steak & peppercorn I enjoyed but, the steak was tough. The cheesecake was lovely. We ate everything. Nothing was “bad” - it was all… fine. For the price point - it was fine. But I don’t think we’ll return.

Love this place the food is lovely staff are friendly efficient great place to chill eat chat give it a try you will not be disappointed I’ve tried most things on the menu can recommend them all !! Great value as well !! So what you waiting for book that table !! Cheers

I remember Pastiche back in the late 1990's when it shared its space with a woman's boutique and a hairdressing salon. At that time, it was three courses for £10 and exceptional value for money. We're thrilled it's reopened. Whilst the clothes shop and hairdressing salon has gone, and the prices increased to £18 for a three course lunch, the format remains the same and the food as excellent as it ever was. The restaurant was less than one third full, so the "buzz" of a happening place wasn't quite there, but the food was gorgeous, the service (from Harry) spot on and you can't complain at the price. This is going to be our "go to" restaurant for the foreseeable future. Oh, and nice and quiet background music - much appreciated....

Me and my wife went for a meal on Saturday night,our first time.we were greeted by very friendly staff and seated straight away ,the service was very good and the food was excellent realy enjoyed our evening at Pastiche.

What a meal!! Birthday celibrations for my daughter, really, really great!! 6 people all had the most marvellous food. Steaks x 5 all cooked to perfection and another had chicken which was perfect. Starters ,deserts couldn't fault anything. Service was friendly and on point, efficient and with a smile. Can't wait to return, highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

Had a lovely meal with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We went on a Friday evening, we were welcomed on entering and were seated quickly. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The menues were clear and provided plenty of options. Prices were clear and very reasonable. The food was served without much delay and all of it was extremely nice. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend and will hopefully be returning some time soon. Thank you for a great evening
