Absolutely lovely food, very well presented and very tasty! Good value for money too. It was busy so took a while for the food to arrive but you dont mind when the food is so good. The radiator behind me was hot but the place was cold! I had my coat on throughout the meal, as did most of the other diners. Would definitely return, but maybe when its a bit warmer!

Great pub, great food and friendly staff

We decided to have our Christmas works do at Desire Cocktail Bar, and we're really glad we did. Both the food and drinks were incredible, and Dereece and his team couldn't have been more accommodating. They did a fantastic job recommending cocktails based on our favourites, and the drinks they made were on another level. We'll definitely be returning the next chance we get. Thanks for looking after us!

We had a table pre booked. On our arrival we located our table. Its had food scraps on table and on the floor. I aak for this too be cleaned, staff apologised and explained they were really busy. We accepted that and the table was removed of glasses, but not wiped.. We ordered a starter 3 mains, The food was quite late arriving and the starter came with the mains. We couldn't fault food, nor the friendly staff. They were clearly rushed off their feet but were still happy and chatty. I feel the ladies needs bit of attention, there was only a dribble from the taps and it was quite dirty. Clearly there seems to be a staff issue I am a regular and I feel it's changing alot.

Lovely, homely and friendly little eatery. Food was very good and reasonably priced.

We had booked a table for 5.45pm to dine after a trip to the theatre. We arrived bought our first drinks, we sat down then were told the menu had been reduced to four items for the rest of the evening, non of which were suitable. If we had known we would not of booked. We finished our drinks and left. If we had of been told on arrival we would not of stayed for a drink as we had some way to travel home. The place itself had a nice atmosphere and the full menu looked really nice.

Second time at The Shed and it won’t be the last. A great place to hang out on a Sunday afternoon. Football was on but wasn’t distracting. Relaxed, cosy atmosphere with a fantastic Sunday lunch. What could be finer !!

Food was excellent, a lovely atmosphere and great service

Visited 5.30pm...Very noisy...obviously some had been in a while...Not for people with hearing aids......Chicken was dry and overcooked...slightly crisp at the edges.....Chips pale and a little soggy....Salad and stilton was lovely NOT FOR US. SORRY

Our first visit since the reopening. An excellent evening, the friendly reception, professional service and quality of food were all of the highest order.

We had lovely meals at excellent prices. The service was brilliant. We will be back.

Third visit everyone different all amazing. A lovely warm welcome. Fabulous food a great menu caters for all tastes. Reasonable prices would highly recommend!!

Lovely food and very pleasant staff

Never knew this place existed until a Google search for places to eat near me and have to say I was very impressed. We had the pork belly sunday roast. Huge portions so excellent value for money and tasted so good. Service was very quick and the chap behind the bar was very friendly

Table of 4 people. Amazing food yet again! We ate here on the 3rd of the month and couldn't wait to return. Waiting staff were very helpful friendly and attentive. Everyone had a great time ☆☆☆☆☆

We are so pleased that Pastiche is back! The food and service were excellent. We have booked again to bring family. So glad Stafford has a great restaurant to bring people to.
