My recent visit to Pastiche was my first time since opening and I am pleased to say it lived up to my expectations. I had seen a lot of good reviews and can say I was not disappointed. The surroundings and ambiance was pleasent and comfortable and the service was fast and efficient. There was a good selection to chose from on the menu. I tend to pick meals I don't oridinarily eat at home and was pleased to say I had the choice of four dishes, which made it difficult to make my final decision. I have only one comment to make about the meal overall and that is I chose the rice pudding for my dessert. Whilst it was nice, it was cold. I would have expected it to be warm but, I still enjoyed it. The meal was well priced bearing in mind the difficult circumstances businesses are having to trade in now. My own weekly shopping bill increases every week so to be able to go to such a restaurant and be able to enjoy such good food at reasonable prices is a credit to the management. I enjoyed my first visit to Pastiche and, I will be going again and taking friends there. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pastiche.

So pleased this place is back! Wanted something a little special for my sons 16th birthday, and this didn't disapoint. Friendly and helpful staff, nice atmosphere, great food. We were spoiled for choice. A member of our group required a little something different and they were able to accommodate this for us no problem. Great value for money, would highly recommend and will be returning.

Second visit last night, once again a very enjoyable evening. The service was excellent as was the food was also very good. Looking forward to our next visit.

We have been a few times now since it reopened, and many times in its past life Four of us had largely different starters and mains and all were enjoyed. Some interesting choices too.The ambiance and staff were welcoming its great to have a new place in Stafford to eat, so good luck to them .

Third time of eating here and it won't be the last. The food and service has been excellent we would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant . Exceptional value for money

We had steak and a dessert. Both excellent quality and their choice of 2 or 3 courses was excellent value for money at 20 or 25 pounds was really reasonable. We will be back

I visited Pastiche having worked there many years ago and was pleased to see the main man still at the helm. Pastiche still retains its original charm and character, whilst offering great food at a great price which I believe was always its core value. The decor is inviting and the service attentive. Well worth a visit and I hope it’s long-reining success continues.

Excellent Roast beef dinner as usual and good service, thanks. Bit noisy with the football but we knew that and it does add to the atmosphere a little

Overall nice meal out. Food was hot and plentiful. Kids meal was a great size. Service was quick and friendly. It was a Saturday night but for 6:30pm it was loud and some other customers had clearly had a few to drink even by then. Just something to be considerate of if dining with children or anyone hard of hearing.

We had a beautiful 2 course meal which was well cooked, great flavours, nicely presented. Excellent service and attention. We will be back. Thank you

Bloody fabulous!

This was our first visit after the reopening and our expectations were high as we were regular customers previously. We were not disappointed. The bistro has been refurbished to a high standard and has a relaxed comfortable atmosphere with background music at the right level and genre. Service was excellent from the moment we walked in to when we left. All the team were friendly and professional and food and drink was served in a timely manner. The food was superb, we both said it’s the best meal we have enjoyed in a while, and all at a reasonable price. As you can guess, we would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed an evening meal at the reopened Pastiche. The service and food were very good, and we thought the price was just right. The new decor is very attractive and makes the atmosphere cosy and welcoming. We liked the fact that the background music was not too intrusive. My friend and I intend to return for lunch soon.
