We have dined here 3 times and have never been disappointed. First class staff, food, and service. I would highly recommend it to others and will definitely be back.

Fabulous food and even more Fabulous staff. I've been twice this year travelling an hour just for the Mac and Cheese and the warm genuine staff. I can't recommend Cronies enough.

Overall a very pleasant evening greeted as we entered shown to our table promptly drinks and food was very tasty and time allowed between courses just right .Staff attentive and knowledgeable on what they were serving

Food was lovely

Had a lovely high tea here. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of choices we had for the main meal. The main meal was delicious and filling. The cakes after were lovely (the scones were warm!). The service was a little slow but it was busy.

The afternoon tea was a bit disappointing. Cakes lovely, however the sandwiches were a let down. Asked for plain fillings no salad and one filling only, got pickle. The bread was also pretty hard. The tea came well before the food also.

This was my first visit to the inn as a I have only moved to the area and it will be my last. A pub full of non achievers with attitude problem. Avoid at all costs.

We arrived in time but had to wait 30 minutes approx for booked table.

I am from Australia and met two of my cousins from Scotland and the U.K here for dinner. We had just found each other after all these years, and we had a wonderful time in the restaurant catching with each other and hearing all of the news. Lovely food and good service. We passed this pub on our way to Loch Katerine and called in for lunch. The food was amazing and beautifully presented and the staff we're lovely. The pub has a great atmosphere and they had the log fire burning away with nice background music on. Our dog was made welcome too! A little gem hidden away and I can recommend it to anyone.

One of *the* best meals I've had in recent times. The chef is an artist; every course was prepared with thought and care, and you could taste it. Try the oatmeal coated haggis... you'll love it :) Highly recommended!
