Stunning food, best I’ve eaten for a long time. Excellent service and friendly staff. There was a little wait from first being seated until we ordered our drinks but everything else was perfect.

I was celebrating my birthday and had heard good reviews from friends about A TAVOLA. The atmosphere as soon as you stepped through the door was fantastic. The service, food was very good. The staff were extremely attentive. It was brilliant value for money. I have singing A TAVOLA praises all day to my work colleagues. I will definitely be back.

Friendly, attentive service by people who really care about the food and your time there, really really lovely food and atmosphere, can’t recommend it enough - we booked for next week as soon as we got back.

Hello We tried to book a table for 6 people, when we called at 6.30 there was no reply on Sunday 27th. We went to the restaurant but it was closed. Hope to dine with you soon

Loved this. Particularly the completely different menu from bog standard Italian. I’m vegan and there was plenty of choice or simply leave out the fish/meat. I had a meal without prawns and was then charged less too. Not everywhere does that. I paid extra for a nut roast while my husband had beef at a pub recently!! Wonderful food. Love the new place in New Mills. It feels like you are transported to the Mediterranean. Everything was excellent. Many thanks to Nikki and the team . A special mention to Ava who was so knowledgable and helpful. Great menu and drinks choice. Would recommend the Italian draught lager Poretti. Will be coming back.

This is my second visit and both times have seen : Surroundings are very local Italian bistro/restaurant Service that is friendly and welcoming The food both times has been excellent. A good choice of anti pasti. Good choice of bruschetta all great. I’ve stuck to fish both times. Delicious Only fault I can find is I cannot get an evening booking until the end of July! But that’s great for them!

Great food and Great location. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Four of us had a meal on Friday 25th June. Great food and atmosphere. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Overall, possibly the best meal we've had out since lockdown was eased. Will definitely go again. This place is a great addition to social/entertainment venues in New Mills. Wish them every success.

Love this restaurant and so glad it has moved from Reddish where we used to go, to New Mills where it is even better. You get a very friendly welcome from all the team and the atmosphere is lovely. The authentic Sicilian food is delicious served by knowledgeable, hard working and friendly people. What more can you want. I advise everybody to book and see for yourselves. Phenomenal food!! Authentic silcilian food, all freshly prepared and cooked with such passion thats evident from the presentation and taste! Nicky and Alessio's hospitality is outstanding and the front of house service is second to none!!! An absolute 11 out of 10 and we will definitely be visiting again.
