We ate there on Friday and both had the monkfish scampi, it was amazing, service was excellent.

The food is so much better than you expect from an old fashioned pub. Have eaten there many times and will do so many times more. Excellent.

I went for the first time this weekend,the food and service was very good,I had slow braised beef and Pete had venison, the mains came with a dish of dophinois potatoes which were also lovely BUT....could have done with a side of greens to share???

Sunday lunch with my husband. He ordered haunch of venison from the specials board, while I ordered the roast beef dinner - both medium rare and cooked to perfection/ absolutely delicious. As always, a good selection of vegetables included. Friendly and efficient service and good ambiance

Excellent food and service, worth every penny.

The meal was good & the waitress very pleasant & friendly. Service was excellent. Unfortunately, we were the only ones in so the dining room was lacking in atmosphere. The tables were well-spaced & the meals were well-presented.

We have eaten lunch several times at the Vine and never been disappointed. It is our go to venue when dining with friends We always receive a warm welcome, the service is excellent and on our most recent visit the food could not be faulted.

Very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space between tables and the perfect setting to enjoy a lovely meal with family, friends or as a couple. The food is out of this world and not like anything you would eat anywhere else. A good choice for everyone with just the right amount to eat. We all had a three course meal and ate the lot as it was so tasty and well presented. The wine and ale was also delicious, and also offering good alcohol free beer for the driver. The service has always been faultless and staff appear to work well together, even in a full restaurant. Good value for money if you prefer good quality food, which we do. Will keep going back.

As ever a lovely meal with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Atmosphere was great and service first class. Only slight disappointment was the size of the desserts which were very small. We will be back

An eagerly anticipated Sunday lunch after a walk over Clent. It didn’t disappoint. My roast beef was so tender, and my friend who couldn’t decide between the turkey and beef, was offered both. My only comment would be maybe larger portion of vegetables for 3 people. Lovely friendly staff
