Had a lovely meal with lots of choices. Nice and hot and very tasty. Nice to see everything clean and tide even toilets very respectable. Staff on hand at all times We’ll definitely be booking again

That aside we were booked for 5.20 and found all the food to be fresh and delicious and could not fault the food at all. The other staff member were friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful evening

We paid and was take to our table, waiting staff seamed nice and made eye contact when taking us to our table. The food its self was lovely! Everything was hot, looked fresh and there was lots of full dishes. We did book for 3:30 so maybe not so busy then. The waitress collecting our plates was also very polite asking as we finished. All in all a good meal. Okey price would definitely go again

Once seated we went to get food, but the majority of trays were empty. Asked how long it would be to be shut down and told when it's out. The food it's self was not to bad. Nearly £20 each for what we got is WAY too much! A lot of improvement needed. The poor waiting staff need to be treated much better by the managing staff as then they might have a reason to smile.

Food was very basic Soft drinks where very cheap copy versions of the named brands Staff and food services, had absolutely no interest in customers or there jobs. Finished with some staff member coming to our table saying "we close at 9pm so basically finish up. You got the foundations for something good. PICK IT UP AND SORT IT OUT.

The lady serving drinks was so very rude, no eye contact, given dirty glasses, rushed so much she didn’t get even the order correct. The whole system of payment on arrival creates a queue of people and most having to wait outside, even if you’ve booked a table. The draught created from the door being held open by the queue was horrendous. There are no clear path ways to carry your good do you end up holding your plate up over diners to get back to your table. Disappointing to be honest and won’t return.

The gammon was lovely but the sprouts were cold and hard. The pizza was cold most of the rice dishes were hot but again hit and miss with the meat selections. Taste wise was very nice just not warm enough.
