Absolutely beautiful food!!

It was ok and the dishes were tasty. Not much choice of drinks on the bottomless soft drink. Staff are friendly and attentive. Only worth the money if you are a family who eat a lot of food in one sitting. Steak was nice but the chefs use the same utensils for the different type of meats which means a lot to cross contamination and if you’re allergic to fish and have steak for example you need to be careful as when I said something to the chef he didn’t seem bothered. I’m not entirely sure he could understand me to be honest and was too busy having a conversation in another language with another customer.

We came for the 1st time yesterday and I wouldn’t want to come again cold dry food chewy pizza and pasta that had no sauce was watery and no taste total disappointment over priced

I have always had a good experience eating here. My only criticism is that you should not be able to book a table for 8pm as we arrived and wasn't aware you closed at 9pm so it was a rush to eat quickly. It was disappointing as we came for my sister's birthday so there was no cake or singing for her plus the staff were not as helpful and friendly as earlier in the evening when we have visited. The food was also drier later in the evening.

Pleasantly surprised, the food areas were kept spotlessly clean, waitresses removed dirty plates in a timely way, plenty of choice, food tasted great, only thing that could be improved was the temperature of the restaurant as it was far too hot .

A lovely meal and extremely helpful and attentive staff and service. A great place for lunch and a wonderful view of the docks.

Haven’t been here for a good year or so , food was luke warm same choices I enjoyed the desert was nice .

What a lovely gem in the Heart of Ipswich! A perfect location with brilliant staff who couldnt do enough for us! Very friendly, helpful and courteous. The Sunday roast was presented beautifully - and was so delicious! Will definitely be coming back and telling our friends. Thanks for a lovely Sunday treat!

I really appreciate how accomodating the staff here are towards my father who is less mobile. The food is decent however sometimes cold due to the nature of a buffet . Atmosphere and service are great

Good selection of food, drinks overpriced. It’s clean and tidy with fresh food brought regularly. Service could be better tbf but nothing to complain about. Atmosphere could be improved by maybe some oriental Chinese music. Overall ok experience and will be coming back

Excellent food really enjoyed it all

Very quite when we arrived but it got busier and the atmosphere picked up - it's a lovely setting and restaurant on the Quay though. We thought the food was excellent and nice and tasty at good value for money. We had a mistake with my steak but they were very apologetic, gave us free desserts and the service was excellent overall. Our 2nd visit and will be going again - looking forward to it!!
