A bit disorganised and a number of moody staff. 4 pints of beer were sent back as they were completely flat, and we were made to feel at fault for doing this, instead of the staff being apologetic or embarrassed. A couple of cocktails came out looking like glasses of squash, so they got sent back too. When they were brought back they were much better, but still no apology, despite the new cocktails proving the originals were not finished. Once again we were made to feel fussy, rather than looked after. This was all in the first hour of a 2 hour stay. Shame, as we’ve always been a fan of The Old Bank.

Had the Sunday lunch.. bar service was a bit slow to begin with but improved when more staff arrived. Food was nice.

My boyfriend and I went here for a date on Saturday evening. We went early because we were hoping it would be somewhat quiet. The service was excellent in terms of taking our order. The food was also nice but I do not think it was worth the price. The thing that bothered us was that despite COVID guidelines, it was like being sat in the smoking area of a club. Girls were drunkenly getting up and going over to other tables, shouting across the garden and generally being rowdy. In the bathroom, there was vomit on the floor of the cubicle and multiple girls chatting in there like it was a club night. We honestly couldn't wait to get out of there. The staff were lovely but they didn't seem to be bothered that COVID guidelines weren't being followed. I will not be going back for dinner but I will keep it in mind for my next messy night out...

Our meal was outstanding really welcoming we where well looked after would recommend to anyone ... we had the Sunday lunch .... only two thing I would recommend is that they do put there heaters on outside it was a lovely day but once the sun went down behind the large building out the back it become very cold we had to move tables which give us about 15mins more in the sun so I’d recommend taking something warm to wear or even a smell lap blanket as I will do next time and they could do something to help the food stay warmer for longer as it dose go cold fast sat outside. ....

We were outside, my friend and I, and we were well cared of by the staff. I had a banger & mash and my friend chose the pasta & meatballs. At the end of our dinner, there was no food left in our plates. We enjoyed our time at The bank.

Great Sunday lunch just a couple of let downs.We were told that there would be heaters outside but sadly we were very cold in the shade.Secondly no pizzas as advertised on the children's menu.

It was very exciting to be out and everything that follows is meant to be constructive. The booking in process was muddled and the team appeared confused about whether they had my booking or not. And the time frame for the booking hadn’t been explained. I’d assumed it was time-boxed but probably helpful to set expectations at the point of booking. The cocktails where hit and miss. The food was not so good. The atmosphere was lovely and the waiting team where keen, but maybe not as organised as they could have been (or they will be in another weeks time). No problem going back as a lovely venue. But settling back in to it all.

Food was terrible,worst I ever had.Found hair in curry sauce

I have been going to this establishment for years and most of the time they are good. Food is consistently great but the service can vary from great to downright appalling. My last visit will be exactly that, my last. Thanks to an incredible poor service, almost two hours to serve starters for three people and main meals for six, and that only after I complained. There was no one to 'catch their attention' for long periods so to complain I had to go and find the person who appeared to be manager. I say appeared because if he was the manager he is taking money under false pretences. He gave the impression he really was not interested if we were enjoying our stay or not. Then, when I became annoyed he did the manly thing and delegated the problem to his poor waitress.This completely spoiled my wife's birthday meal and this is the second time they have spoiled a special occasion. I will add we, a group of 6 on average, have been going there every 5 - 6 weeks for around five years. I really do not expect this to mean they have to treat us with any special treatment but I do expect a minimum level of service and staff that value your custom.

Good fast service, menu varied, reasonable prices, clean and tidy place, I am booking my daughter birthday do tomorrow for monday.

This used to be one of the best fish and chip shops in Swindon. Just eaten a cold serving of chips that was fried in second hand oil (awful).

the chips tasted shamishingly good with a kick of salt tingling the throat:heaven in a nutchell. As spiffing as a raosted sausage was my initiall impression

Just got back from YET ANOTHER GREAT MEAL at the Jade Tiger. Fab Salt and Pepper Squid, and hot and spicy Kung Po Chicken. Why don't more people go there? It is really good.

Sally Pussey was very accommodating. Left feeling extremely satisfied.

We had a lovely evening it was a hen night we were not rushed to eat our food it tasted yummy my husband was really impressed and said we must go along there again soon

Would just like to say that I along with 29 other golfers from Southampton came to your pub on Friday 13th May. The entertainment was a single lady that sang a number of songs from different decades. Very tongue in cheek, but she was brilliant. She got the whole pub going and we had a great time. Hope the young barmaid did not feel to intimidated by a large group of loud men. Many thanks for a great night.
