A very disappointing evening! Rude manager Jaime! slow service! night was half saved by the young lady called Veronica (Ronnie) who was very polite, understanding and very professional she is a real credit to your team, she was sent over by the manager who hid behind the bar eye rolling and bad mouthing us to other staff member which in our was very unprofessional. I also think that your menu need looking at as it is very miss leading! with no pricing on the drinks but at the top of the drinks states 2 for £10 with no time, which is not the case it is for set times. before we come we looked at your website menu for prices of the cocktails which had the price off £8 for certain cocktails, which is not correct apparently which we was told that needs updated which yet again is misleading. over all experience not the greatest. for once a very full restaurant to now a very quiet night for a Saturday. Credit needs to be given to Ronnie.

It was quite quiet as it was a weekday which was fine for us. Service was friendly and prompt. The food was tasty and very well priced for the portion sizes you got. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

Sometimes I find it a bit chilly inside, but this weekend, the temperature in the building was perfect, nice and warm. We would highly recommend the Sunday Roast
The Ridge, Shaw Leisure Park – SwindonOur first visit. Atmosphere was fun and informal. We were having a pre cinema meal as the cinema is next door. We allowed 1.5 hours to eat. The food was fine and so was value for money. The servers were polite and friendly but service itself was incredibly slow. It took ages for drinks to arrive and 45 minutes for 2 main meals and a side to arrive. We are quickly and ordered coffee with 25 minutes before we needed to leave. We chased up the coffee , having settled the bill and paid for the coffee we never got to drink it as it never reached our table. As we left the server holding our coffees said oh sorry. For that really wasn't good enough. Not sure we will return.

Although, my husband requested any table decorations for this occasion there was nothing on it and some food remains and crayons were on the floor under the table soo not a great experience at the first place. However, the staff was amazing, it was Saturday night so very busy, but we were served really well. Happy hours drinks were great, Margherita and Pornstar Martini were my favourite. Food was good too, I ordered main prawns which were delicious but my husband said that his flank steak wasn't great. Tapas as starters was tasty too however the portions could be a bit bigger. Anyway, we spent really nice time and likely will come back for more ☺️
