Nice staff, great service and good food and drinks. The place was clean and tidy and had a nice atmosphere.

First time we visited the place and it was great! Restaurant was not too busy, drinks came soon after we ordered, same as the food. Generous portion for adults however we found children portion a bit small. Staff were friendly however looked like a little bit understaffed as they were running all over the floor but the restaurant wasn’t busy. I think good value for money, definitely visit again.

I had the BBQ from the grill. Normally this is an amazing meal but unfortunately the chicken was hard around the edges and was really overcooked. I mentioned to the waitress but nothing happened. A little disappointed as this is my favourite meal at this restaurant. The cocktails were amazing though

Excellent food and service nothing too much trouble, even though the monthly car show was on and they were busy. Puddings were amazing.

Large table of 17. Booked really easy with great communication from the ridge. Table was booked for 7.30 and i called in to say we where running late as our bowling game was running over ; arrived at 7.50 apologised for being late and said everyone was on route now so crack on. We waited a fair bit of time for our drinks order to be taken, even longer for our drinks and the a waiter came over and asked if we were all here as he would get the chef to start the food ……..we’d already been there 45 minutes! Anyway apart from the long waits ; everything was brought out hot, together and was all pretty good. Only comment was the children’s meal was very small, more toddler meal! It wasn’t enough for the 6 and 10 year old who ordered it. Pretty fairly priced overall too; everyone seemed full and happy at the end!

Lovely food, great service, staff excellent.

We booked a table for 6, for Sunday lunch, at 1pm. Ordering was quick and drinks arrived promptly. However food did not arrive until 2.15pm which was very annoying and I suspect arrived as I asked where it was! We were offered some free drinks as compensation. The food was nice but the slow arrival of it really spoilt our experience

Great fun time Exceptional service from friendly staff. Great food. Good Garden location but will be even better when we are allowed back inside.

A bit disorganised and a number of moody staff. 4 pints of beer were sent back as they were completely flat, and we were made to feel at fault for doing this, instead of the staff being apologetic or embarrassed. A couple of cocktails came out looking like glasses of squash, so they got sent back too. When they were brought back they were much better, but still no apology, despite the new cocktails proving the originals were not finished. Once again we were made to feel fussy, rather than looked after. This was all in the first hour of a 2 hour stay. Shame, as we’ve always been a fan of The Old Bank.

Had the Sunday lunch.. bar service was a bit slow to begin with but improved when more staff arrived. Food was nice.

My boyfriend and I went here for a date on Saturday evening. We went early because we were hoping it would be somewhat quiet. The service was excellent in terms of taking our order. The food was also nice but I do not think it was worth the price. The thing that bothered us was that despite COVID guidelines, it was like being sat in the smoking area of a club. Girls were drunkenly getting up and going over to other tables, shouting across the garden and generally being rowdy. In the bathroom, there was vomit on the floor of the cubicle and multiple girls chatting in there like it was a club night. We honestly couldn't wait to get out of there. The staff were lovely but they didn't seem to be bothered that COVID guidelines weren't being followed. I will not be going back for dinner but I will keep it in mind for my next messy night out...

Our meal was outstanding really welcoming we where well looked after would recommend to anyone ... we had the Sunday lunch .... only two thing I would recommend is that they do put there heaters on outside it was a lovely day but once the sun went down behind the large building out the back it become very cold we had to move tables which give us about 15mins more in the sun so I’d recommend taking something warm to wear or even a smell lap blanket as I will do next time and they could do something to help the food stay warmer for longer as it dose go cold fast sat outside. ....
