Disappointed. Food was ok but not as nice as previous visits. Wrong order was brought out initially (fajitas instead of burritos) although this was corrected discovered after paying the bill we had paid more for the fajitas and charged incorrectly. Not very attentive service - no one checked in and waited a long time for a drinks. Drinks came with ice when asked for none. A shame this used to be one of my favourite go to dining out experiences. It has definitely gone down hill unfortunately.

As usual excellent food and service. Good stock of liquid refreshments. Good menu at reasonable costs. All down to good management and excellent chefs.. We have been customers for 25 years, never had a single complaint.

We came for the bottomless brunch. The food was amazing. Great value for money. Atmosphere was perfect. The bar staff were friendly and entertaining. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place to eat, nice ambiance not too noisy and plenty of room between the tables. Service was very speedy, and no waiting for the food. Food was very tasty and reasonably priced. My husband had ice cream sundae for dessert and said it was the nicest ice cream he had ever tasted. I'd highly recommend.

i took my grandaughter for a birthday lunch. The food was lovely. well presented. The staff were so very attentive. They gave my grandaughter a birthday cake with a candle that made her feel very special. The atmosphere was welcoming. As a family we used to visit regulary many years ago. definitely back on the list for a re-visit

Beautiful building and interior. Attended the restaurant on Saturday 17th Feb. The cheese sharing starter was wonderful. Unfortunately the chicken fajitas and the salt and pepper chicken wings and fries were flavourless, greasy, and no taste. We were placed in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the restaurant it was very loud as we were placed by big groups and had a waiter walking past at least every minute. It was just a shame we were unable to enjoy an anniversary meal because of feeling like we were on the m6 being passed every minute. Although this is no reflection on service as the waiting staff were good and polite.

Excellent atmosphere. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Had a good wide range of food. The kebab and fajitas we had were delicious. The cosy sofa area was great idea to wait before you went to your table. Couldn't recommend more A *****

Food was good but Service was absolutely shocking!!!

Been a number of times and never had a problem. Our meal last night was very unsatisfactory, rock solid burger and chicken wings were also not as they usually are. Both myself and partner felt ill in the night. Very disappointed on this occasion.

Panama Hatties is a wonderful dining experience. The food is fabulous with a good choice. The decor and ambiance is tasteful and yet, for the size of the restaurant , keeps an intimate feel Try it you must. You will not be disappointed
