We enjoyed a lovely easter Sunday family brunch. Great choice and variety of dishes, all delicious and beautifully presented. Staff friendly and attentive. A lovely café.

Went for brunch with group of friends for the second time. Excellent food (the crispy tofu dish is delicious) and drinks (tasty coffee and smoothies). Very attentive and friendly service. A bit noisy on a Saturday morning but still a great atmosphere. No complaints and look forward to returning again. The online reservation booking is really convenient (we did this as group of 6/7).

Hartfields is such a great place . It is everything all the other reviewers have said. I particularly like the coffee (served in lovely shaped mugs), the delicious food, the faultless staff, the ambience and the comfort. Thank you!

Superb as always. Great service excellent coffee and food and a lovely atmosphere. Everything is clearly made from scratch in house with care and attention, no corners cut. Staff are always attentive and very welcoming and even when very busy don’t make you feel rushed. A great little local independent spot, easily the best in the area.

Fab as always! We came here for a birthday brunch and as usual, it didn’t disappoint. The food is delicious and staff are lovely. My fave spot in Uckfield.

Great place to eat especially if you have food intolerances. I am gluten and dairy free and there were so many choices available, I was really happy because eating out is difficult for me, normally I do not have many options that are both gluten and dairy free. I was really impressed, the food was so good. I had a BLT and chips, Cherry Bakewell flapjack and a coconut cappuccino! All amazing. I would definitely recommend a visit.

We had brunch and I had the porridge with bananas and blueberries. It was delicious and a very generous serving. The staff are beyond helpful and service is very prompt. We always have a positive experience in Hartfields. Thank you!!

Went on a Sunday morning as a party of 7 people and we all had excellent breakfast meals and service was great. Not our first visit and won't be our last, would recommend.

Another lovely visit to Hartfields! In Uckfield whilst waiting for my car to be serviced so I paid a visit to Hartfields for my breakfast. Lovely Oak milk cappuccino and a Cheese & Tomato omelette. Excellent service, friendly staff and cosy establishment!
