Food was lovely (Sunday lunch) good sized portions and the decor is very tasteful ! Unfortunately, the welcome wasn’t very welcoming considering we had never been before !

Amazing food, couldn't fault it. Had a mixture of curries, biryanis and pub classics between us. Service was friendly and attentive without fault.

Pleasant atmosphere and efficient service. Meals reasonably priced. Good sized portions and served piping hot.

Went for my daughters 13th birthday meal, we had 8 people and 3 picnic benches. The quality of the food was a 10/10 and they even went above and beyond and changed the menu for my fussy daughter as she didn't like a lot of the hot food choices! They decorated the middle area of the pub for us so we had our section and even took photos and brought over a candle/cake so we could sing happy birthday. From the time of booking until leaving with our stomach's and doggy bags full, staff went above and beyond and were incredibly attentive and kind. Would 100% reccomend and 100% go again! Lovely birthday meal which was good value. Friendly, efficient service - and the addition of some birthday balloons (I'd mentioned this when booking) was a nice surprise!

Went Sunday for roast dinner can hand on heart say it’s one of if not the best dinners around, .great atmosphere and service brilliant Ross the chef definitely knows his stuff.

Great pub experience for four of us. All areas spotlessly clean. Food was very good, hot and quickly served. Also, very good value indeed.

Excellent Sunday lunch as always.

Six of us went for Sunday lunch - nice decor, very friendly, food arrived quickly and was excellent all round! The only negative was that it was a bit chilly where we were sat, ironically next to a non-working fireplace! Would definitely go again though, when it's warmer!

2nd time having afternoon and didn't disappoint with fresh cakes and hot savoury offerings - displayed and well thought out . Staff very accommodating and great atmosphere in busy dog friendly pub on a Saturday afternoon.

Had a lovely meal on Friday lunchtime with my sister & our dad. We’ve always loved the lark & have been coming to the pub for years. Great food & good value. Staff friendly & the recent renovation looks fabulous
