We are regulars for drinks at the little lark. Atmosphere is always welcoming The food we do find just ok, reason is the Sunday lunches are small, and leave us hungry. We tend not to eat also because the childrens menu is just Aller versions of the adult mains. I know my child wouldn't eat Chilli? Scampi? It's very limited. Staff tend to be pleasant although it can be a bit clicky for new customers Hopefully my points can be taken on board and worked on.

A fantastic warm family at the little lark. Professional and their core is always the customer's needs and comforts. Provide great value and tasty food( especially pies). And live music too and other events like bingo and other functions

We have been to the Little Lark several times over many years, when we are in the area. Our most recent visit was of the same remarkable standard as always. The friendly service and delicious food are unbeatable. The beer battered cod is legendary. Cannot recommend it highly enough. 5 stars - and would give 10 if that were possible.

We had afternoon tea, a birthday treat for my mom. When we arrived they had but banners up and gave her a car -a lovely added touch. The afternoon tea was good, we had to take some home because we were full. The chunky chips are amazing. The staff were all attentive, polite and smiling.

We are regulars at the little lark and we love it there. We don't eat there often as we do find the portions are small especially when they have an offer on. For example Sunday lunch we were give 1tsowof mash potato, parsnip not cooked and small amount of veg. We do fine the children options are poor for meals. Need to see some pasta and healthier options for them. Staff are lovely

We had the picnic afternoon tea for 6 people. Having hot food instead of sandwiches was a nice change. The food was great, only downside was the price of drinks. Maybe they could do a deal on bottles of prosecco or beers to go with the booking.

Always a fantastic experience here with nice people serving and great value for money food and beverages . Clean and rustic pub with plenty of character.

Food was lovely (Sunday lunch) good sized portions and the decor is very tasteful ! Unfortunately, the welcome wasn’t very welcoming considering we had never been before !

Amazing food, couldn't fault it. Had a mixture of curries, biryanis and pub classics between us. Service was friendly and attentive without fault.

Pleasant atmosphere and efficient service. Meals reasonably priced. Good sized portions and served piping hot.

Went for my daughters 13th birthday meal, we had 8 people and 3 picnic benches. The quality of the food was a 10/10 and they even went above and beyond and changed the menu for my fussy daughter as she didn't like a lot of the hot food choices! They decorated the middle area of the pub for us so we had our section and even took photos and brought over a candle/cake so we could sing happy birthday. From the time of booking until leaving with our stomach's and doggy bags full, staff went above and beyond and were incredibly attentive and kind. Would 100% reccomend and 100% go again! Great food best chips i have had at a pub. Decent price. Only slight disapointment was they did not have my first choice.

Lovely birthday meal which was good value. Friendly, efficient service - and the addition of some birthday balloons (I'd mentioned this when booking) was a nice surprise!
