Excellent food, excellent service, and always a warm welcome from Martine, Adam, Renaud, and all the staff. Goodfellows is by far our favourite place to eat, and have visited many, many times over 15 years. As we always say - it is the best food we have ever had.

The chargrilled hake with mushrooms and parsnip puree with a truffle sauce was delicious as was the mango mousse. A special dining experience. Thank you Adam and Martine. Goodfellows at 7B – WellsMy husband and I discovered Goodfellows back in 2006 when we moved to this beautiful part of Somerset. The meals have always been fantastic, we have never been disappointed, in fact, the food always exceeds our expectations, as does the warm welcome we receive from chef/owner Martine, Adam and their fabulous front of house team. We are a family of foodies who enjoy cooking and entertaining in our own home, so often we are disappointed when we dine out – but never at Goodfellows. Beautiful fresh produce, fabulous fish, sensational Asian hot duck etc .. and an imaginative creative chef, who always seems happy to ‘tweak’ for dietary/special tastes, the open kitchen is a delight to see. Many memorable courses have been savoured here - we cannot recommend Goodfellows enough.
