One of our favourite fish restaurants to visit. Food always divine, good wines and nice intimate little space.

Goodfellows was recommended to us and definitely lived up to our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious with excellent service. The restaurant is lovely, tastefully decorated with the tables reasonably spaced. We'd definitely visit again!

Lucky us. Two fabuous meals at Good fellows in the last week. Both delicious. The service is wonderful and you can't find better food in the district.

Up to their usual high standard. A warm welcome, delicious starters - Gazpacho and Salmon basket- beautifully presented and delicious. No chicken this evening but the lamb was perfect, pink and a good helping. Sea bass spot on.

I very much enjoyed the traditional English Sunday roast pork and vegetables and my wife’s duck breast was delicious.

Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant, great food, great service. My wife just loves their scallops, the sea bass tagliatelle was excellent.

You never need to eat better food than this, anytime, anywhere. Great atmosphere too, watching Adam cook and plate up!

My husband and I had an excellent lunch at Goodfellows yesterday. The service was a bit slow but the quality of the food made up for it.

My husband and I visited Goodfellows for lunch for the first time this week and would highly recommend it. The restaurant was pleasant and simple; service was excellent and the food was of a very high standard. The scallops were outstanding. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Wells.

Excellent food.

We had a superb meal at Goodfellows last night. We were a party of 4 who had the seafood tasting menu. The food was faultless and the staff were great. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

We had lunch at Goodfellows yesterday - having eaten out all week (and some restaurants with much fancier pretentions) this was by far the best food and service - delicious food, well presented, lovely service. The set lunch menu is varied enough - eg hake and tagliatelli with samphire in champagne sauce, but also some very tempting dishes on the a la carte.... scallops in a pastry case , duck ........ so definitely need to return! Yummy deserts too. Thank you Goodfellows.
