we had the best meal we have ever had, everything was perfect, the service was fun without being fussy , they have a massive selection of unusual beers and wine, we have been back on several occasions and always brilliant, highly recommended.........

For a small village pub, this is an excellent eating place with a wide selection of food. Very generous portions and you must try their exotic meat menus; Wild Boar Sausages are fantastic!!

Very Good meal on a very bizzy bank holiday afternoon. Ideal for children with a good play area. Good choice for a great meal out!

What a find - a secret walled courtyard which was a sun trap and perfect for alfresco dining. It was wonderful to be right in the city yet in an oasis of peace and calm. We had a delicious lunch though service was stretched. I would highly recommend this place as the food was excellent and would like to go again in the evening.

Best Pub Restaurant in Wells. Brilliant Spanish wine list. All fresh food served. Great bar food and tapas menu. Great jazz music playing in the background. Couldn't ask for more. Pine tabled Boxers restaurant upstairs serving restaurant dishes. Will be back time and time again!

Very noisy night but a nice atmosphere one waiter was great another so dismal we got depressed.... we'll try it again

Great location and trendy relaxed feel to the place. Staff very helpful. The service would have rated very good, but we had a wait of almost an hour between starter and main. What seems to happen is because you cannot book, everyone turns up early at about the same time which creates some problems in the kitchen. We went Saturday evening. Would definitely go again.

Unusual selection of dishes prepared with little extra touches. Subtly different to most Indian Restaurants and well worth a visit.
