Went last night all of our food was beautiful! Perfect service and very high quality food … We had spaghetti carbonara steak and ale pie 2 burgers …. . the only thing I would give as constructive feedback would be I think less runny sauce in the burgers would work well for easier mess free eating and a plate that catches the sauce as the small wooden plates don’t really work for a nice way of eating unfortunately….
The Windmill Parbold – WiganFriday 27th September Pre booked with a request for a table in view of the band that were performing later in the evening.we were given a great table with space.The experience then started, upon being seated we were asked would we like a drink that was served at the table straight away,we were given the menu and also informed about the daily specials. Good choice of food a mix pub classic and modern meals The staff and service was second to none Food ordered and served hot and presented perfect. The live entertainment was a bonus ,the band were great musicians and comical with there banter

The Windmill Parbold – WiganWe visited at the weekend. A beautiful place with a vibrant atmosphere. Plenty of tables and not too close to each other. The food was divine. The staff looked incredibly busy. Unfortunately, we had to ask someone to place our order due to nobody coming to us after 15 minutes. Again… unfortunately, nobody had informed us the meals that were unavailable that night. It just happened that the sea bass was our choice but it was unavailable. The waitress was incredibly apologetic. This hadn’t put us off and we will return in the future.

We absolutely love this place, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, clean plates all round. We are a family of multi generations and The Windmill is perfect for everyone we will be back soon !!

We only realised after paying the bill that it didn't include a tip, and we had no change so felt very bad because a tip was definitely deserved! Thank you
La Sentidos Loca – WiganVisited on a Sunday (booked a table online earlier in the day). Chose from the dinner menu, very good menu, plenty of choice for vegetarians like myself.. Had the roasted cauliflower for me, & a lamb dish for my boyfriend We were both very impressed by the quality of the produce, perfectly seasoned in my opinion (I like quite strong flavours) & presented really nicely with a bit of extra flair. Portion sizes were spot on, but I'm not a massive eater to be honest. Lots of staff working hard as it was busy, & we didn't have to wait long for our meals. Congrats to the chefs, serving staff & managers, this is a well oiled machine!

The last two times I was disappointed on my desserts lemon meringue lacked zest and sticky toffee pudding over cooked. Today both desserts where amazing. Really enjoyed our evening
Papa Luigis – WiganExcellent service and atmosphere in this lovely pub restaurant. I had a excellent pint of ale and my friend enjoyed the wine. There was a great choice available on the menu. Both meals were nice,y presented and tasty. I would definitely recommend the Windmill.
The Windmill Parbold – WiganWe've been to this restaurant several times and always had exceptional service (Joanna is our favourite server - always friendly and welcoming!) The food is delicious and full of mexican flavour. Very generous portion sizes and not overly expensive. The cocktails are proper ones too, not watered down at all. Atmosphere is always great, with mexican playlists and sombrero hats and colourful walls. It's a special place to me as I met my now husband at LSL when we had our first date 3 years ago. We come back every year for our anniversary (but also eat here a few times in between). Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
