I used this site to book a table of six to have a meal there with friends this week. Despite receiving an email reminder about my booking when I arrived with my friends I was told that they would not be serving any food and that they had no idea about my booking and said the current manager has no access to the website. Not very helpful or organised and won’t be going again .

Papa Luigis – WiganWe travelled to the restaurant with friends having made an online booking only to find the restaurant was no longer in use. It was now only a pub. The website is still active despite this and still sends out reminder email and requests to review. Not impressed.

Staff are really friendly, our waitress was lovely, sorry didnt catch her name but spoke with a european accent, disappointed we didnt get the option to give a tip with a card as we dont carry cash but will remember for the future, would highly recommend.

She has had this several times but on this occasion it was bland & had no chilli/heat. We queried this with the waitress who informed us the recipe had not changed but it was obvioussomething definatly had and needless to we will not be ordering it again. Disappointed customers.
