We attended hotel Wrexham for Christmas day lunch It was excellent Our table location was perfect not cramped or too hot. The reception was great as was the service. The meal all courses was marvellous. Just one little complaint the drinks service for one of the orders never arrived so I cancelled a port that I wanted with my cheese course as I had ate it and we had to re order, having said that I do appreciate it was very busy with lot's of other drink orders.

Lunch in the elegant dining room this time. Same excellent food and service.

We had a family gathering 24 of us, the food was very good, staff were amazing couldn't have done enough for us . The whole experience was excellent and the restaurant is done beautifully very warm and comfortable.

Just fabulous. From the moment we walked in, until we left, beautiful good, hot, tasty, presented beautifully, great people, decor and facilities were great, overall just a fantastic experience and I can't wait to go back. We were a group of 4 professionals, Mid week evening meal with drinks.

On Tuesday 10th December 2024. 22 ladies from Holt WI enjoyed our Christmas lunch. The newly refurbished Savvy Fox restaurant felt very festive. The staff were excellent. Very attentive and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their smiling faces were very refreshing. The food was extremely good, and pleasing 22 mature ladies is no mean feat. Although I had collected the money from each of them for the food, any extras like drinks were paid by individuals. A member of staff came to our tables and we were able to pay our respective bills. I would highly recommend visiting again. We had a lovely time. Thank you to the chef kitchen staff and front of house staff.

Love this place. Food really good. But sadly yesterday the pudding wasn't up to standard. Not a problem because we've been offered free pudding next time. Still happy to visit the Delph.

We booked our Christmas meal, for 14 of us. We were all served at the same time. The plates were hot which makes a big difference. The food was hot, very tasty and plenty of it. The waitress were very pleasant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I think I can speak for all of us in saying that it was a very enjoyable evening. I will be back again on the 15th, looking forward to it.

Lovely little pub, the food is really good and the prices are reasonable. We always go on a Sunday for a Sunday lunch and it’s always lovely. The staff are always friendly.

6 of us had the Christmas meal and we all said it was the tastiest we have had. A lovely waitress called Liv treated us to a bottle of procecco which was a lovely touch AND handed out the secret santa gifts. Will certainly be visiting again soon.

We went yesterday for Sunday lunch - £10 Sunday lunch, A choice of chicken, beef, pork, sausages and lamb (I think if I remember correctly? Don't quote me!) we paid £12.50 for the choice of two meats - we had chicken and beef. A giant Yorkshire pudding, broccoli, carrot and turnip/swede, mash potato, roast potato, gravy and stuffing. We also paid £4.50 extra for the cauliflower cheese which was enough for us all. We really enjoyed the meal, the service was great. The pub/restaurant was quiet but there were a few tables having a Sunday lunch and the service was still spot on, very friendly and attentive. There is a 10% service charge in place on the bill, this is for staff and not management, but you can ask to remove this service charge and if you like you can leave your own tip, the choice is yours - it's not mandatory! We would definitely go there for another Sunday lunch and would recommend too, at £10 you can't go wrong! My daughter spotted the specials board showing £6 quarter pounder and fries from Weds to Fri - think she'll be wanting us to go there soon!

Booked table for 5 on Wednesday lunch time, the restaurant/pub was quite quiet. The service was very good indeed, prompt and friendly. Food excellent.

We had a £10 Sunday lunch 2 lovely slices of beef, roast potatoes mash, broccli, carrott and swede mash. We paid an extra £4.50 and shared a cauliflower cheese. Food was excellent. A number of people in the pub were just drinking tap water....Come on help businesses stay alive and purchase a drink. Had white chocolate cheese cake for pudding....Amazing.

Absolutely gorgeous Sunday roast!! Tasty , large and full of flavours. I will be back.

We booked an afternoon tea here via a voucher website, we were treated excellently, we asked to upgrade our experience with a glass of prosecoo (which we had to pay extra for) however we had expected this. The place is under going a refurbishment and you can see how great it is coming along. We were sat in the restaurant which wasn't overly busy and the team made us feel very welcome. The food itself was excellent (only cristiscm is no cucumber in the tuna sandwiches) but apart from that is was excellent value, we even took some cake home!
