I booked for a lovely Saturday evening with my partner. We where shown to our table and this was followed by a menu thrown on our table as the you g man took someone else's order. We had dirth tissue on the table which was not cleared away. We did not get asked for drinks etc until I went inside and spoke to a very pleasant young lady. I was really looking forward to my evening at fourteen drops after a few pleasant experiences in the much smaller fourteen drops across the road. The service was poor as was the food

Love it here - highly recommend the brioche French toast with berry compote and yogurt.

Another lovely afternoon at Fourteen Drops. Food was perfect as always, with friendly staff and a kicker atmosphere.

Lovely hour or so at 14 Drops as always, introduced friends to your venue. Lovely selection of drinks and snacks, thoroughly enjoy the hours spending a Saturday afternoon with you.

We visit 14 Drops Market hall several times a month for a relaxing afternoon with tasty snacks and drinks. Always cosy and welcoming with attentive staff, great value for money.

Really enjoyed our recent brunch visit for 4. Staff were welcoming and attentive, brunch menu is excellent with quality ingredients and great coffee. The French toast was a big hit and it was no problem to swap poached to scrambled eggs etc. Very relaxed atmosphere, not too noisy to talk. Very good value overall compared to other choices on the high street.

Another perfect afternoon at Fourteen Drops Markethall. The food, service and drinks selection is superb. Staff always so willing to help with any requirements. Looking forward to our next visit.

A friend and I came Saturday lunch time. Lovely server and really helpful with wine selection. Always enjoy coming here and feel the value for money is worth it. You get to try unique wines and foods and it’s nice to have this variety local.

We had a charcuterie board- good selection of meats and cheeses- no description of what we were being served but all delicious. Having to choose regular vs large and then next from small/medium/large/grande was confusing (we went for a ‘regular medium’!). Wine was nice and not overpriced. Great to have table water waiting for us. Sadly the service wasn’t brilliant: after 15 minutes of sitting we had to ask for the food menu (we had booked in advance too, not just walk ins). Then when we were still eating we were told we’d have to vacate in 15 minutes as there was another booking coming- if you want to process people quickly then serve them quicker, don’t make them feel pressured to eat up! Generally it was a pleasant night and I would go back, I understand the idea is to create a laid-back vibe but the service could do with being a good deal sharper to ensure guests feel well looked after.

Hey! I booked a table for 9pm on the 30th Jan, this was done online about a week prior. We got to the restaurant for our booking at 9pm the waitress advised 4 people were sat at our table … 2 were moved, and the other couple sat uncomfortably close. At this point no one advised that they had stopped serving food. We got seated and I asked for a menu to be advised they stopped serving at 9. We left as had plan to have tea with friends. At no point when I booked was I advised they stopped at 9 and no one in the week called me to advise this. Really poor experience! FYI booked before 9.

The food was lovely and the staff were very attentive.

Lovely wine and cheese board at 14 drops. Staff were attentive. Quite pricy £54 for 3 glasses of wine and a cheese board, but it was lovely, especially the onion chutney.

Another superb visit! Chill out vibes, fabulous meze & charcuterie paired with good wine and top notch service. Will 1000% visit again soon.

Hopeless, hapless management. Reservation cancellation to suit their agenda. Overrated food from local supermarket heated up. Avoid at all costs!!!

Absolutely superb place. Took my wife here for a Saturday ‘date night’. Very friendly staff, excellent service and the boards were perfect. Will definitely be going back

Cracking place in Yarm to enjoy well prepared sharing boards with a great wine and beer selection! 12 of us for a works night get together were very well catered for!

Absolutely gorgeous was very busy however the staff were amazing had bottomless brunch really enjoyed it
