When we got there we thought wow it looks amazing but we was let down badly the staff didn't speak a word off English they got our drink orders wrong the food wasn't great the chef didn't listen too my order when questioned they still put it on the bill even though it was there mistake hate too say but I will be not attending this place again

Excellent food, Wonderful and helpful staff who helped me with finding dessert items that contained no coconut, I was blown away with all the food options and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Went for the first time on Sunday with my partner and two children and we were all thoroughly impressed. We had booked a table for 12:30 but happened to turn up early at 12:10 but was no problem for them. The food and choice was excellent and the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of staff just as good. Will certainly be returning. Thankyou to all

Had a table booked for my husband's birthday on 17th February and I found absolutely nothing to fault! We honestly could not understand why there are some bad reviews for this restaurant. The staff were very accommodating and polite, clearing tables very quickly. There was so much choice of different food and everything tasted wonderful. Toilets very clean and music was pleasant. We would definitely come again.

This is our favourite all you can eat restaurant to visit! The staff are always pleasant and helpful, the food variety is good and fresh and we always enjoy our meal here.

Me and my partner visited on Friday the 16th food was as good as we have had before it might of been the time if night but quality was poor and not a lot if options left

Absolutely stunning food! This is one of our favourite places to eat in York! There was 11 of us and no one could fault the food!! Only thing I would say is that the service was a little slow and it caused confusion when we said we wanted separate tabs (which I had advised when booking over the phone) - a standard request in hospitality. This resulted on 1 person having to foot a several hundred-pound bill which could easily have been avoided. Would still highly recommend - get the nachos, they're insane!!

We went at lunch time and the options were very slim, mainly only Chinese was available and wasn’t the best. I was really diasapointed as I was exited and it was Valentine’s Day. Quality and options were just not there. However staff were lovely

We visited during half term to celebratea family birthday, I was pleased with the offer for children eating free with paying adult....however, there was barely any food out. I appreciate they have a reduced menu on the lunch time, but the trays were almost empty and the staff were incredibly slow at putting any more out. We found ourselves wandering around looking for any trays with food in it! Also, the labels for the food weren't always correct meaning we didn't know what was in. The kids were disappointed there was no chocolate fountain and low selection of desserts. All in all, quite disappointed.

Went last night after the theatre and had an amazing experience. The children ate free on their half term offer which was such a good deal given the amount of food on offer and the fact you can keep going back for more. Drinks are reasonable aswell which was a surprise given its in the centre of York. The variety of food on offer was so good and the quality was fantastic. Not sure what I had expected but it completely went above those expectations. The children had an amazing time with the chocolate fountain and the amount of freshly cooked food that was available on the live cooking stations was exceptional. We are already sorting another date out to go back

Really nice food,great choice if not too much choice ! Beautiful desserts. Staff really friendly and helpful,lovely decor.Went as a couple but we will be back with our children as there is something for everyone. Could not find a fault very happy

Food was good but when we arrived a lot had ran out and we waited about 20 mins for more food to be filled back up. This wouldn’t have been too bad if we didn’t only have an hour as we were told the kitchen shuts at 2:30 but nothing on the website said this when booking for 1:30, if it did we would’ve booked a different time. We also had to pay full price even though we didn’t get full time which I don’t think is fair.

Went for lunch with three others. Waiter was pleasant and friendly and efficient at bringing drinks over and explaining the buffet experience. We were disappointed with the food however as a lot of it was bland, and surprisingly quite cold. It wasn’t particularly busy so to not have the food heated up enough is unacceptable. However we did enjoy the atmosphere and some of the Chinese food was tasty.

We have been many times and this will be our last visit. Some dishes were nice, most were dry and lacking flavour. We were packed in so tight that we couldn’t get from our table to the buffet. Waiter never came back after first ordering.
