Good food a little over priced no better than any other 30% more expensive and waited a long time just to order

Brilliant food, great service and a thoroughly nice experience.

Brilliant food. Each dish was a taste sensation, loved it. Our Scottish waiter was brilliant as well, nothing was too much trouble.

Chose because we have mixed vegan and omni household. Not disappointed. From a very friendly welcome, attentive (to just right amount) staff, food all served at same time and exactly as described. Warmed plates. Nicely distanced tables too. So, particularly keen on dedicated vegan menu, but will return also for service.

Had a fantastic meal here, excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend.

Visited on a Saturday evening. Great value 3 course meal. The food was delicious, presented to a high standard with good quality ingredients. The young staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely return.

Our family group of 8 had excellent service an meal, as usual. Helped by the fact that it was Word Cup Vs Italy evening and only 3 other small parties in besides ourselves - shame in their massive restaurant.

Visited Oshibi for the first time last week having wanted to do so for a while. We very much enjoyed meeting Milo, the dog, who was a joy to have around over the course of the meal (a sentiment that appeared to be shared by everyone who came by!). The restaurant was cosy; the food was wonderful and the service attentive. We are certainly planning to visit again soon!

As always, the food at Oshibi is always to the highest of standards. Very nice antmosphere and both staff and the owners are great people. You are not only going for the food, you are going for the warm welcoming atmosphere as well. Would recommend highly!

Small friendly restaurant with a difference. The speciality is a range of dishes you cook at your table with an interesting range of sauces.. Food was freshly prepared and very tasty, reasonably priced and a fun way to dine out. Would have preferred the dog to be kept out of the restaurant.

The decor was lacking, although I did enjoy the roaming dog. Milo was very cute and made it all feel homey, however there was very little decor other then bland walls and paintings. However the music was very upbeat and lively, I enjoyed it thoroughly. The service was wonderful, the waitress staff was welcoming, sweet and conversational they made the experience so much more fun! The price is on the steeper side and although the food was very tasty I still would call a rare treat rather then a constant hotspot.

Delicious food and great service. We went especially as there were vegan options and the vegan set menu was delicious and can highly recommend.

We visited Maxis to celebrate our 33rd Wedding Anniversary, and it made it a very special occasion. Everything about the evening was first class, from wonderful food to excellent service from the staff. Without doubt the best Chinese Restaurant for miles. The only negative was, that under present rules of a maximum of six to a table, this was being well exceeded at more than one table.
