I have eaten in many restaurants around the world! and it is very rare that i am lost for words when it comes to food, But after walking past Lincontro on a number of occasions i decided to go in and book a table. I got chatting to the owners Mario and Nick. Later that evening my wife and i had what i can only describe as " The Best Steak" i have ever eaten, Cooked to perfection (very rare) with just what you want on your plate with good steak! Nothing! just as i asked for it. My wifes steak was perfect too.I have always said that the best way to judge a restaurant is by having the steak, In the case of Lincontro it is the best restaurant i have eaten in since moving to manchester 5 years ago. I work and eat in manchester every week and would have this place over any "posh" restaurant in manchester any day of the week. Why people go to the over priced,poorly served,. San Roco 2 mile outside the centre of the town is beyond me! Anyway thank you Maz & Nick for bring such a top quality place to such a small town. Drew & Sarah
