What a unique place! I saw a sign for the Mill and my initial motivation for going there was lunch. Lunch was an amazing quiche with unusual salad, apparently its a house speciality. All the food is veggie and vegan i think. All is produced in their kitchens. Many make that claim but they really do. The eggs are from the chickens that roam the place. Perhaps the fact that they make all their own bread from their own mill is the their most unique selling point. You can have a tour of the mill or indeed learn to make the many different types of bread they serve on one of their cookery courses. A must if you care about food and where it comes from!
