I had salmon which was breadcrumbed and served bonne femme style with peas broad beans and pearl onions. It was OK. Then I has the crispy pork belly with unctuous smooth bacon mash and pan fried wild mushrooms and a dark jus which was incredible. The one thing I would of done is squeeze a little lemon into the mushrooms at the end of cooking to further enhance the flavour. Bloody good all the same. To finish I has the richest chocolate cake with Pistachio ice cream although we thought the ice cream had more of a taste of almonds.
With our pre drinks we has whitebait and the crispest pork scratchings.
All in all a 7.5 out of 10.
