The idea of the menu changing every month is superb. It makes you want to go back every week let alone every month. The best meal in the Bay !!!.......you can keep your Michelin stars

Superb contemporary English food with a real emphasis on great local ingredients. The owners change the menu monthly and come up with new variations of local ingredients such as Creedy Carver chicken and Black Awton beef. The last time we ate there it was £31 for three courses. The wine selection is good and includes local Sharpham wines and Camel Valley sparkling wine. Cheeses are from Devon and Cornwall. We love this place.

Decided to visit the English house with my husband of many years. What a beautiful place, location wonderful decor outstanding. This has a feel of a top class restaurant with none of the stuffiness. 5 course meal with wine, coffees, cheese etc at 120.00 what a bargain for the food we had truly delicious. Would recommended this to all. we have teenage children and when we returned and told them what we had feasted upon they asked if they could come on our next visit. not bad for two fast food junkies.
