This traditional quality Italian has been established in Torquay for 20 years and is run by owner Mauro Pettinelli who originally hails from Orvieto. The 65-cover restaurant is traditionally rendered and spread over two floors with atmospheric lighting, clothed tables and a recent addition of high-backed leather chairs. You wont find pizzas here; the large menu concentrates on classic Italian a la carte dishes with a fish specials board that changes daily and features Monkfish, Bass, Bream and Brill plus whatever is good from the local day boats out of Brixham. Plenty of steaks on the menu and fresh pasta dishes, a great choice for an intimate meal yet large groups are welcomed and menus can be created to suit the occasion.
