After reading reviews on bad costumer service mainly upon delivery we thought the food was good so to be on the safe side decided to collect....we were wrong!!! Arrived to collect 10 chicken wings and fries...we called to ensure it was ready and we were told it was, arrived to pay and collect but the food hadn't even started cooking!! It's a shame that staff does not seem to be bothered that they are losing customers due to the poor time keeping. Would not recommend and certainly won't buying from them again!

Missed an item off the order, called back and was told they would make a note for next time but I asked them to bring the item which they said they would. A week later I'm still waiting......

Ordered food from them on the 24th nov we had to wait well over two hours for are order and when it did arrive it was all wrong half of the order was missing the food was stone cold and what food we did get was also wrong what a waste of time will not be useing them again,when we phoned to conplain they said they will give us a free bag of chips what a joke

Shame chicken is nice but out of 3 orders all the e been wrong! Wrong items, forgotten items, very long wait to be delivered over a hour everytime! Salad was brown which would say they don't check stock which could lead to food poisoning or other problems! Unless they get new staff I won't be eating there again!!

We placed our order over the phone at 8:15pm, at 10pm we're still waiting! The order was £10.50 worth of food, & when we phoned to chase the delivery it was the typical Peter Kay response...he's coming round your corner now!! Very poor delivery service despite awesome recommendations from friends. Avoid like the plague if you're hungry!

I'd been looking forward to tasting some of their chicken as i love Nando's & KFC. We had a family box & a half pound cheese burger, which entitled us to a free munchies meal (kids meal). It arrived 45 mins later & what a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! I'd i asked for half piri piri & half yahgo fried chicken and i couldn't tell them apart, not only did they all look the same they also tasted the same! The chicken used was of the cheapest/poorest quality, - by this i mean the bones of the chicken were bruised which indicates that it probably died of its injuries or killed because of its injuries & the pieces sold to fast food outlets such as this. The burger as well was of cheap quality with wilted, hardly-there lettuce. the most expensive bit was the bun! My kid didn't eat the munchies meal - even the chips were awful! (They even forgot to give us a drink for the kids meal.) Most of the order has not been eaten, which was a complete waste of money. I will NEVER use YAHGO again!!! Their food is for the drunk as a skunk 4am palate.
