My partner and I visited the Eating House on Wednesday 5 th September and ordered 2 milky coffees lattes ! When they came there was no taste of coffee just a watery drink. We complained to the waitress who took them back . They were then brought back out to us by apparently the manageress with more coffee added. They tasted same no different so we took them back . The 'manageress' was most unpleasant would not accept what we were saying would not do anything or refund our money as coffee was awful ! The cafe had no toilet facilities either even though serving food and drink! Our treatment by this ' manageress ' was really awful! Have never had to complain about a latte before . Not a nice experience at all!
