An excellent restaurant, very generous portions, top quality food at very reasonable prices. You will want to come again. I have read the previous reports and they are all absolutely correct. But you really have to book in, the secrets getting around!

Everything about the Briardene Hotel and Curbside Brasserie was first class. Really remarkable cuisine, imaginatively thought out menus and incredible presentation for a reasonable price. Don't anyone tell Michelin, or nobody will be able to get in!!!

It was an absolute delight to have experienced the cuisine in this first class restaurant. I look forward to my return to Blackpool in order to sample further delights that the chef at the Curbside Brasserie has to offer. This meal is like nothing I have ever tasted before. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
