Shabab Restaurant
Busy on a Wednesday at 7pm which is always a good sign in Blackpool, especially since this place is off the beaten track. Decked out true Indian style including chairs with bells on which was different. Food was good -- especially the Jal Murgh. You can taste more than just the spice. I also liked the way the chef (?) emerged from the kitchen witn each dish as if it was a triumph.
