Quality food no matter what you choose. Fresh large man sized portions definitely not your average pub grub. Five star food at reasonable prices.
Its Me
The food is excellent and one visit is def. not enough. We have been a number of times for Sunday lunch and evening meals both of which are outstanding and not to be missed. we go at least once a month. Dave the chef is very welcoming and is working hard to get this restaurant up and running - give it a try you will be very pleased and no doubt like us go back lots

Four of us ate at The Pen Restaurant which is attached to the Shepherds Arms, Cowcliffe, Huddersfield, on Friday night, 3rd November 2006. The food was excellent and I would definitely recommend a visit. David, the chef, has not been there very long and he deserves to succeed in his relatively new venture. This is the fourth time we've eaten there and it will certainly not be the last!! Try it!
