This place has been open just under a year, and has been getting busy by everyday that goes by, and I am sure it is word of mouth.
After we can across it the other day, we thought we would give Trattoria Sapori a try. The staff were very welcoming and offered some olives to have whilst we looked and their menu. We ordered the ravioli ( as we could see a chef preparing them in the deli area ) so we thought we would have the fresh ravioli. We also ordered a pizza.
Oh my when our food arrived it was amazing, I have had pizza's many places but Trattoria Sapori beats them all. After being greeted by the friendly owner, he explain in details about their concept.
He kindly offered us to try the Primitivo di Manduaria. A great choice.
I would ask anybody that loves Italian food to give them a try. Weekends tend to be very busy, so give it a try during the week.
