We have had three great meals and have taken lots of people with us, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed their (different) meals - Quite delicious!. Friendly and helpful staff. Unlike some other Italian restaurants you don't have to sit right on top of anyone else. Highly recommended.

This place is outstanding. We were there the other Saturday and other than our party and a couple of other tables it was very quiet - a shame because it knocks the spots of other places. Very helpful and friendly staff, a good choice of menu and special items really carefully cooked.

Been 3 times and the food is always really good quality. Last time I ordered off the specials menu and it was a fantastic choice. Only downside is that it has always been on the quiet side when we have been, but more people should go. Excellent Italian restaurant

It is wonderful to at last have a decent Italian in Chorlton. We have now eaten there a number of times, and never been disappointed. It is one of the few restaurants I feel I can recommend to friends with confidence ! The Tiramisu is excellent, but what about the imported Italian ice cream ? Never mind the steaks and the superb pizzas. Good house wine and an interesting selection of Italian spirits.

Best Sunday roast I have had in Chorlton. Very reasonable prices, nice setting and excellent service. Will definitely be going again.

Second meal at Il Pepe Nero tonight - definitely recommended for a special occasion. Good fun and good service with quality food: try the bruschetta & vegetarian pasta dishes or the pollo alla monte. Lemon cake anyone? Discount too from 1700-1830.

Brilliant -we went tonight and can't wait to visit again. Beautiful freshly prepared food, helpful and friendly staff. This is what eating out is all about!! Visit as soon as you can.

Have been twice now to Il Pepe Nero and its excellent! Good friendly service with fresh and tasty food.. Their garlic bread is a must as is the tiramisu. Its good to have a choice of quality Italian food in Chorlton so definitely give it a go!!
