Been going to this place on and off for ten years or so as well as many of the others in china town. THE BEST mixed seafood chowmein you will ever taste comes from Kwok man, epecially around 11pm onwards when they are busy and the pans are hot! Avoid very late (2am onwards)on Fri/Sat as it's full of drunken rude morons, and the staff respond accordingly! Sunday night is great, full of chinese on their traditional family day out, and so the service is better.
