Went to this place just last week, wasn't very busy and wondered if we'd made a mistake, not at all! The guy who owns the place is funny and friendly and was attentive without being irritating, the food was delicious, our party of 4 had different things and each was delicious, the steak was the nicest steak we'd had in a while, while his specials board was packed with excellent choices. Prices were reasonable, with pasta dishes from £7! Definitely recommend this place, the music was fab too!

Thyme is Didsbury's best kept secret and my favourite place to eat in the area. The quality of the food is unsurpassed and the service is excellent. The friendly owner goes out of his way to ensure you enjoy your meal, often creating amazing dishes that aren't on the menu, to suit your own tastes. Everything is cooked from scratch, fresh each day and they take pride in their food. I love the seabass or chicken pasta. It is also reasonably priced, with great deals on each evening. Definitely recommend!
