Waterloo Inn – NewportI have been to this restaurant several times and each time i am treated with another difficult choice as to what to pick from their outstanding specials board. They have all the seasons best foods available and the quality of the cooking is superb. Service with a smile each time and very well priced for the quality. Perfect place for family get-together or a nice treat for a partner.
Rock and Fountain Inn – NeathWe thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the three horseshoes, we have experienced many varieties of pubs all over the world, finding this pub to be equal to any in regards to service, ambience & cost. The manager, a young Australian man, Nathan Morris, makes every patron of his welcome, ensuring his staff do same. It's obvious this pub is on the up & up.

Pelcomb Inn – HaverfordwestI write to tell you of my experience when I had the occasion to visit the Nicholls Arms. The menu had an excellent choice, plenty of variety and guess what? they had real chips made from real potatoes. The dessert menu had several choices and all very tempting. The pub itself is really clean and tidy has great character and atmosphere. I now look forward to my next visit, I have booked to try the Sunday Lunch Menu, unfortunately they are often fully booked but I managed to get a table for next Sunday.
Nicholls Arms – BridgendThe food was actually home-made, a rarity these days. Chips are cooked fresh and yes they use real potatoes. A good variety of desserts also on offer. I really did enjoy the atmosphere was brill, both Dave & pearl offer a very warm welcome. I would recommend you to try their home-made food and bet you would go back for more!!!!!!!
Nicholls Arms – BridgendMe and my friends where very pleased with this place. We picked a Wednesday to go which was good as it was quiet but not too quiet! The menu has a good range of foods on it and the service was outstanding! the waitress who served us was very polite and always attentive! you will get outstanding service in this place! always quick and your not rushed at the end of the night. The food was the nicest food ive ever tasted in Swansea! it was OUTSTANDING! I opted for the fillet royale which was one chefs signature dishes! my friends had the chicken in cheese and ham sauce, lamb cutlets, gammon, welsh black sirloin and the duck! everything was excellently presented and tasted great. everyone was very pleased! Only two of us had desserts (being two full from the large portions you get). We both had homemade ones! One was bread and butter pudding with a twist! i think it was called lovers pudding. Again it was OUTSTANDING. Very well presented and tasted twice as nice! My friend had the chocolate and orange pie! Again presented lovely and i was told it was beautiful. we then had coffee to finish which was just as nice as the rest. All in all a great night. WE WILL BE BACK!
