the staff were very professional, we were served quickly but yet not at the cost of friendliness. we were impressed by the comfy leather sofas and the music choice was excellent. highly recommended to chill with a coffee whilst watching the world go by!

Excellent food and service. Food is just brilliant, homemade pies and dishes such as boar casserole and rabbit pie, also serving classics like duck a l'orange. Doesn? take debit or credit cards and that is its only downside. Always take family and friends there when they visit as there is such a varied menu and it is just like a true welsh pub should be.

We ate at The Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant in Goodwick last night and the food was excellent. Freshly cooked so be prepared to wait. The staff were charming and efficient. A good selection of fish options and meat sourced locally as well. Litre of very quaffable house red only £10.50. Very warm and welcoming little place.

This place sells the best curry you are ever likely to try, Superb Chicken and lots of it too, A beautifully tasting sauce which has yet to be surpassed in the 27 years i have been eating curry, Believe me i know my curries.

The Abercrave Inn demonstrates the best combination of Amazing Food and Outstanding Service I have seen anywhere in the UK. You are always greeted with a warm friendly atmosphere and a smile, which is not always common these days. The Food is out of this world and the Menu is very well put together. Also they offer a lunchtime special which has a variety of dishes available at very good prices. Don't dismiss this place, you can't afford to miss out on some of the best food you will ever taste. My Recommendation - Starter - Pan Fried calves liver on a potato Rosti. Main Course - Oyster of lamb with Mint Gravy. Desert - Any of them, they are amazing !

I think we eat out for a hobby!!! We LOVE the food and service here. We travel from Caldicot to Pontyclun just to have our Supper sometimes! Absolutely brilliant. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding decor, lovely food, friendly staff, prices were average. Food available to take out if you fancy dining at home. No home delivery which is a shame.

My Husband & I visit nearly every time we visit his parents in Llanelli, the landlady Marvis is very nice & welcoming, the food is outstanding every time we visit, The ambience is fantastic, I would recommend the Butchers to everyone that passes by. The staff are really polite, efficient. Compliments to the Chef & his team on the fantastic food you serve. You are a credit to the food industry. I am sure we will see you again soon. A bit cheesy in places with its mandatory sombreros and flamboyant decor, El Paso's oozes charm and fun. The food is delicious and reasonably priced and cocktails are a must have!! Come here for cheery service, an easy going atmosphere and a fun night!!!

First class food, wonderful, local and fresh. It really was homemade. The wine list was very good and the staff were lovely and attentive. One of the best places to eat in the area!

Alfred's is the jewel of Ponty, if you love fish or fresh meat this is THE place to eat. With a gorgeous trendy interior and great service a thouroughly enjoyable experience all round.
