My mother and I attended afternoon tea for two as a birthday gift for us both. We are both vegan and as I had been to Pettigrew for vegan afternoon a few years prior, I knew we would be catered for and I did discuss this via email with staff on booking. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Our food was absolutely lovely. My only reason for not giving 5/5 is that there was only one cake option for us. Thankfully we both like chocolate cake but I know there are usually at least 2 or 3 vegan cake/brownie options so I was a little disappointed not to be able to try something else.

Always great food. Nice welcome. Best salad in tenby. Just love the place.

We usually go all the time and I love it there however the food is very burnt like charcoal not chargrilled. And the salad was very poor they used to make a lovely effort and put everything such as cress and grapes now it looked like it had been sat out for hours. Chips were very oily. The service was good however the waitress when we went to pay asked how we were paying for a tip. Thought that was very rude won’t be going here again until it goes back to the same way it was when it first opened. Spent a lot of money there over the years and it’s not good anymore which is such a shame get the old people back in

We were really looking forward to our visit to the Kookaba, but we were really disappointed. We were a table of 2 & squeezed into a corner by a very noisy table of 12 & another table of 6. The noise was so bad the waitress couldn't here what we were saying. I have no objection to people enjoying themselves but don't place a couple on their own for a quiet meal between large tables. We ordered The large steak medium to well done, it was burnt, when the waitress finally came over to ask how the meal was, she couldn't hear what we were saying by this point we just wanted to leave. We were asked if we wanted a doggy bag to take home, which is when we finally made them realise the steak was cremated & didn't want it. We were not charged for our drinks which were less than £10 but the Steak meal was £31. We won't be returning. The decor is tired & needs a good revamp.

First visit to The Copper Pot. Lovely atmosphere. Super food and very good service. Would highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely love this place. The food is outstanding and such big portion sizes. The service is great. I would recommend to any one. My favourite place to eat and can't wait to return again

Fabulous evening! Great food, loved the Aussie atmosphere having lived in Oz for many years and marrying an Australian! Felt quite at home, especially when the barramundi arrived! The service and friendliness from all of the staff was absolutely fabulous, especially our waitress. Many thanks, would highly recommend and will return. Susie

One of the best restaurants we've eaten at, honestly. We've never had a bad meal. The food is delicious, good size portions, and definitely value for money. They also cater well for Gluten Free diets.

Love dining at The Copper Pot everytime we visit Cardigan. Always so welcoming. The quality of the food is consistantly exceptional. The steaks are superb. Fantastic service.

Amazing as always me and my partner are locals so visit as often as we can mainly out of season, its our go to place for a cracking night out, great food surf and turf all the way!!!! We tried the kangaroo skewers starter, OMG they were proper lush...... our waitress was brilliant chatty and couldn't do enough for us, only small grumble was the heat in the restaurant, a little uncomfortable while eating the huge portions of food.... Great value for money, great service and as always great food.

Lovely helpful waitress. Had arrived early. She gave us options on where to sit, afternoon tea options. Another waiter who I showed my voucher code to said I needed more information although my son had previously phoned and was told he didn’t need anything. The waiter said he had asked my son to contact him twice which hadn’t happened. Had to contact my son who had bought the voucher for me and then the waiter found confirmation on the work laptop. He didn’t apologise either. I had previously asked him twice for an email confirmation to which he replied yes but it never arrived. Table and chairs were very outdated.However the afternoon tea compensated for the other areas. Wonderful choice and very tasty .
