Excellent food, friendly staff

New Year's Eve meal with friends.... Great atmosphere, welcoming friendly staff and fabulous food made for a great evening at Giorgios. From the flavour of the minestrone soup, to the quality of the smoked salmon, the taste of the chargrilled fish, to the wonderful profiteroles and cheesecake. A place to enjoy anytime of the year. We loved it!

So came for our new years eve meal here and it was absolutly beautiful the food was amazing best hallumi yet staff was amazing made us feel really welcome vert happy and friendly I cannot wait to come back thankyoubfor a beautiful night

First visit to Giorgios and we will be back! Very friendly and attentive staff and the food was delicious - especially the Calzone pizza with the little (but very generous !) dish of sauce on the side. Thank you we loved it!

After 43 years in Hong Kong, we know a thing or two about authentic Chinese cuisine ;) And Maxi's York delivers big time. The Yum Cha (Dim Sum) menu is extensive, the ingredients fresh, and the tastes and textures superb. Excellent value for money at well under 20 quid a head for a decent feast for 7! Ambience was great too. We will be back for sure - and wish all the Maxi's team Kung Hei Fat Choi and all the best for the year of the rabbit!

Good range of food, serving excellent Italian cuisine. Able to cater for gluten free diet. The only slight disappointment was the lack of a sorbet for our lactose intolerant guest.

Our first visit and we all were very impressed; attentive staff and several nice encounters with the very cheerful and personable owner not forgetting to note the well presented and very tasty food. We will be going again.

Great place for an informal light lunch. The menu was small but suffice and we both enjoyed our boxing day lunch. The prices were fare and reasonable. The setting was nice and relaxed in lovely surroundings. If you're a tipper take cash as you can't leave a tip via card payment. Have been before and would recommend and visit again. Keep up the good work guys....

Have visited twice recently 8th Dec with a table of 20 and 21st Dec with a table of 8. Service was fab on both visits. Food tasted amazing. I literally couldn't fault anything. We had two great nights. Thank you Oscars. We will be back :-)

Excellent beef wellington.

Went for early meal at Sambuca, pleasant staff, good menu. We had pollo sambuca (mushroom n cream sauce) it was delicious. Creme brulee and sticky toffee pudding, good size portions. Restaurant very clean. Would recommend.
