Been a regular since the previous landlord , this retreat is now spacious with tables to talk and drink with friends.Going to try the food soon as have had good reviews on varied menu. Also great varied music on saturday.

Wonderful food and always a friendly welcome. Even the bread is homemade.

Not wanting to trek to the other side of Hull for a decent meal, we decided to give China Palace a try. As a first time visitor, we were pleasantly surprised! From walking in we were greeted like regular customers. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. From giving advice on the menu and wine, nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic and portions very generous. A bottle of wine was a very reasonable price unlike some venues. The friendly, young waiting staff were very attentive without being intrusive. We ate at a leisurely pace and didn't feel at all rushed. Although the place was full the service was superb! All in all an extremely enjoyable experience. Our only regret being that we hadn't tried China Palace before!! We will certainly be back and have recommended to all our family and friends!

Tried it out since it was friday and really enjoyed it worth the experience. the waiter/bartender was worth to talk to as we enjoyed his company, think the name is Parvez or something like that. The butter chicken and the mix kebab was worth the wait and overall experience was really good will recommend to anyone

We decided to visit Prashad at their new venue in Drighlington this lunch time, and also dine there. Mayur and Bobby Patel were there and Bobby very kindly showed us around the spacious new building with the sumptuous fittings and the very pleasing décor, all designed by the very talented Mayur. It is a brilliant creation making the whole place look spacious, airy, light and also very cosy. There is ample room for the diners to feel that they are in a relaxed, cosy and comfortable environment where they can enjoy their meal. Prashad has scored the Bull’s eye with the place and the whole concept. For our meal, we ordered Poppadoms, Bhel supreme, Utthapam, and the Manchurian Dumplings. The meal was exceptionally good. Well done Prashad for a smooth and successful transfer into your new surroundings. We realise that there was a lot of hard work involved. It has all paid off and the beautiful results are there for everyone to see, experience and enjoy. We are delighted that Prashad will continue to be our favourite, regular eating establishment in Bradford.

We visit Damon's every Friday and the food is excellent and the staff spot on.

No Service , No Staff, No idea!!!.Christmas day ruined for 11 family members who had traveled as far as 800 miles to be there for a family occasion . When we arrived we were left for 45 mins before we were seated and then put on a table only suitable for 8 people, Which was squeezed into the corner of the room with access to leave only from one side, Should anybody wish to leave the table then everybody from that side of the table had to stand so the person could leave the table. We had to wait a further 15 mins before someone took our order for our starters even though we had been promised our own personal waitress ( this does not mean sharing with any other tables). Thirty mins later I had to ask where our starters were. As I was seated in the corner I did not return to the table as I did not want to disturb the party again , hence I did not have my starter.I spent the rest of 30 mins trying to locate a better table. Failing to do this I asked the waitress to clear the table so we could start our main course and then I decided as the waiting area emptied we would take several tables there as we were less crowded although we were not seated together this being the lesser of two evils.After we had eaten I had to track down a waitress to clear the table a second time and take our order for dessert, this arrived 45 mins later by then everyone was fed up as we had been there for two and half hours.Once dessert was over I had to track our waitress a third time to get our coffees which were suppose to arrive with mince pies which I had to get up again and request those again.The atmosphere had deteriorated with other parties dining at the restaurant who were experiencing the same problems that we were experiencing.Furthermore it is totally inappropriate for senior members of staff to argue with raised voices within ear shot of the entire restaurant and then complain to other diners about those customers.It was the worst experience we have ever had ,£500 pounds totally wasted . NEVER AGAIN at the PICKBURN ARMS, as many others will agree who attended for their special occasion.

the casino decor is nice enuff, but its only ever busy on weekends. It takes too long to get past the reception becoz the self swipe card entry system is too slow, and if u ask any of the receptionists to enter you manually, then they are even slower. The valet service is the worst in the country -if n when u are lucky enuff to find a valet, they bring your hot drinks stone cold. the 200 seater card room has apparently shut down after just 1 month of its opening becoz of poor tournament structures. This must be the only casino in the world without a regular weekly poker schedule in its card room.

Great food reasonably priced, efficient and friendly staff and great wine all served quickly and efficiently combine to make Zuccinis the best Italian Restaurant in the area. My partner and I first visited almost two years ago and now it has become our restaurant of choice for a relaxing meal or family celebration and never disappoints. The chefs signature dish Beef Wellington is a must order when it appears on the "specials board"

We visit Olivers at least once a fortnight. Fish and chips are excellent. Must mention also their home made ( secret recipe} meat pie . All food cooked fresh and delicious.

Regular visitor to Alfe's. Friendly staff ,excellent food , good service . Always a great night out.

i'm absolutely amazed by the level of great customer service Jinnah gives me all the time. They have become my friends and I have become their loyal customer who visits every weekend as the food is without a doubt the best in Selby and maybe in Yorkshire. Best in Selby. Me and the girls love this place. staff are polite and helpful. food is amazing. place is ravishing with inside waterfalls and palm trees that give you a great feeling when dinning inn. will visit for ever for indian food

Fantastic Food, Excellent Service, Beautiful Atmosphere, Simply Amazing

I am sending you this email concerning a recent visit to my local pub the staff are very courteus and the meals they make are very high quality im thinking of going there for my xmas lunch.

I first went to the Kashmir when I was 18, I'm 68 now and still going whenever I visit Bradford - a 50-year love affair with the place and the standard of its meals. I especially love their Meat Madras. What more can I say? Forget all the fancy duded up Asian restaurants in Bradford, get down to the basement at the Kash and discover what a good curry is really all about!

The New Inn, Walton Wakefield Yorkshire. Having undergone a complete refurbishment both internally and externally followed by an outstanding transformation to the menu, variety of choice offered on the daily specials and willingness to adapt or alter, one would have questioned what else could be done. A further visit saw the soft furnishings, drapes and both stunning yet subtle festive decorations. Presumably the intention to create a cosy and friendly ambience with first class service and beautiful food has not only been achieved but surpassed.

Great little pub with really nice staff,we had a very thick sirloin steak and a duck breast in a grand marnier sauce very good with lots of salad and vegetables well worth a visit
