Red Chilli – YorkAnother fantastic meal at Mama Mia last night! Ive been going for the last 20 years and it just keeps getting better, amazing food, wonderful staff! Hats off to Brian, always on the ball pleasing the customers! I just love Mama Mia, any excuse to go, im there!! Bravo!
Mamma Mia – BradfordTook the family to Bankhouse again ,it's just had a refurb , It was smashing the decor is in keeping with it's old country pub history. Our meal was superb the children want to go again which is great .The staff where really welcoming and friendly. My wife wasmore than please with the excellant wine list , I sampled the beers .10 out 10 to Neil he has runs a smashing pib. Will be going back soon.
Bankhouse Inn – PudseyVisited last week after reading the reviews on here. We were not disappointed! The food was excellent and the service impeccable. The restaurant had a very nice, welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend to friends. Howard Thornley.
Aldo’s Pizzeria – CleckheatonHave eaten here for on so many different occasions, for birthdays, christmas Do's anniversaries etc. and at least once a week just for a meal out with myself and my family, would have always recommended this pub as one to go to for service and value. Since my conversation with Mel, a so called manager of this establishment, i for one will never set foot through the doors again! what a rude, unhelpful, abrupt, aggressive, non apologetic poor excuse of a leader of people and the poorest of ambassadors for a good pub chain. i have estimated that over the last 2 years myself and family and friends in drinks and food have spent over £4k at this place alone, well, never again! If you want a Harvester meal, and if Mel, (she refuses to give her surname) is the manager, then pay a little extra and go to a different Harvester. I would rather starve
White Rose – Harvester – MorleyEastburn fisheries is by far the best one out of the many local to me, it stands out the most not just for it's outstanding quality, but the prices is a main influcence, not too cheap, it's just right and every time I've gone I've been given a high standard of food for me to eat which i've really enjoyed. I have been to the other ones near by too many times but Eastburn is by far the best around.
Eastburn Fisheries – KeighleyCame here for their early-bird lunch menu. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, especially the slow-cooked beef. Will definitely return.
Brasserie Blanc – Leeds City CentreWe decided to have lunch in Prashad this afternoon. It was an opportunity to have a meal at our favourite restaurant in Bradford at its present location before Prashad relocates to a bigger and better venue in Drighlington. It was also an opportunity to congratulate young Imran, Prashad’s innovative manager and all the staff at Prashad and wish them well in their new project. We decided to order some of our favourites: Bhel supreme; Massala Dosa, Miljuli Sabji and puris. As usual, the food was exceptionally good and consistent with Prashad’s very high standards. We look forward to making many visits to Prashad in their new venue and enjoying Prashad’s supremely delicious cuisine.
Prashad – BradfordI eat there every week, great food and very cheap.
Crown Buffet – Leeds City CentreI went in with my sister on Wednesday, 21st November. The atmosphere was so friendly, the service superb. I have booking in this evening for Saturday to celebrate my son's 21st. Well done Olive Branch. Highly recommended
The Olive Branch – RoundhayThis is the second time we have eaten here and cannot fault the food. This time we used our Gourmet Society card. The website said up to 3 courses free when 3 courses purchased. We only had 2 courses each but when it came to the bill, the owner/proprietor said that the offer was only for one free main course and didn't want to let us have the free starter. It was only when I went to the trouble of finding the website and offer on my smartphone, (with a lot of time and effort as the internet connection was a bit hit and miss), that he relented. They couldn't have been nicer when serving us, but when he had to admit we were right, it was hard work to get a smile out of him, let alone a thanks and goodbye. At the end of the day, it was only a £5 difference, so I don't know why he made such a fuss. It spoilt the meal experience really and I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't managed to get the website to load properly in the end - any longer and we would have been late for our show at the theatre. The previous time we ate here, they couldn't get the credit card machine to work and we ended up trying to get sufficient cash together - nearly missing our appointment again! We don't seem to have much luck at this curry house! (Wish these discount dining card people would make sure the offer is correct - or should it be the responsibility of the restaurant?
Kamran Balti House – HalifaxAbsolutely terrible service!!! second time forgot food on a takeaway basis, phoned to explain it was missing and there answer was - im a arsey customer -will never use again..
Yum Yum Thai – WetherbyI've been a huge fan of Graveley's for a few years now as the batter was so tasty and the fish was so fresh and big too, but we visited the takeaway section recently and unfortunately it has gone really down hill. The batter was almost burnt and had a different taste to it, the chips were greasy and the quality of the fish wasn't good, plus it was very thin too. We found out afterwards that it has recently been taken over. It's such a shame as this was the best fish
Graveleys Of Harrogate – HarrogateMyself and my partner have visited and devoured their food on a few occations and it's the best currys we've ever had and the best value for money. We take our own alcohol which is great. The staff are very kind and helpful and were even spending Xmas evening there with our children. Its just fab and a lovely place to be.
Desi Masala – Morleyvery rowdy pub the land lord is so un orofesional always on his lap top trying to get a drink is like getting the queen to smoke dope !! appears to be a lot of drug use the best pub on that rowe in my personal oppinion is the new inn formly the pike very nice clean tidy pub the best of luck to the new land lord
Rose and Crown – HornseaLove your restaurant, love your food, and your staff are always very pleasant and friendly its a pleasure to dine with you.
Harvester Centertainment – SheffieldBooked a table at lunch time as very busy. Food very good and staff rushed off their feet . Ist course good and pudding did NOT arrive the waiter forgot our oder and cancelled and payed and left . Helpings TOO LARGE and over welmed at the size of servings and possible waste .When could be served more small portions to suit O.A.P s .Good value for money and may call again when passing ..
Wheatsheaf Inn – CleckheatonHad a late Sunday lunch with the family, was surprised you could choose from the specials board as well as from the traditional Sunday menu. I had chicken in a garlic mushroom sauce which was delicious, the veg were cooked to perfection too. My eldest son chose the New Inn Burger and declared it the best he had ever eaten, it came on a wooden board with all the trimmings, and the most divine chips ever! The rest of the group chose Sunday roast , lots of good quality meat, and 4 well cleared plates were handed back to the friendly waitress! For some reason the pub has been re-furbished again - within a year by the new owners, lots of guest ales to choose from and quality wines, and the entire place has a really welcoming and cosy atmosphere. Came in at around £34 for food for 4 of us, amazing for the quality and portions. Compliments to all, especially the chef! We will be back!!,
