This place is excellent. Max is the nicest restaurant owner that Ive met so far in Leeds. And his favourite dish, the Achari Gosht is fantastic. Im a vindaloo lover myself but I thought Id give it a whirl and it didnt disappoint. It was spicy and yet tasty all at once. Ive also had a take away from there previously. Max knocked me up a chicken tindaloo which was the hottest thing Ive ever tasted. Nowhere in Leeds, that Ive found, does a hotter curry, it was superb! Id fully recommend this restaurant.

Frankie and Bennies is an Italian style chain restaurant. The food is good but but the music really started to grate when I visited. It's quite loud and they had the same 60s CD on loop the entire time I was there.

I held my husband's surprise 30th birthday party at Boutique, and the night couldn't have gone better. Upstairs is a great party venue . The staff are friendly and professional, the food was great, and the cocktails are AMAZING!! Top bar.

I have recently eaten in and had takeaway from Jinos Thai Cafe in Guiseley and on both occasions the food was outstanding. The service was great too, and the staff did all they could to accommodate my 5 month old son in his pram. For great Thai food it has to be Jinos.

Shimla Spice is fantastic me and my husband go every other week. The staff are our friends the food is gorgeous and the atmosphere brill, we really look forward to our visits there. I wish them all the best for the Shipley restaurant and hope to see them on Monday 30th with CHICO LISA AND MICHAEL SIDDLE XXXX

I went to this restaurant on a Wednesday night, thinking that there would be plenty of tables available, but to my surprise the restaurant was busy with only a few tables left (always a good sign!) The service was very good and the food was the tastiest Thai that I have had for a long time. I will certainly be going for another meal here soon. The food was very good value too - Three main courses, 2 desserts, 3 coffees and a bottle of wine for under £50.00.

This is by far the best Thai restaurant in Yorkshire, and believe me I have probably tried them all! The service is always excellent with very pleasant staff! If you are visiting Ripon I strongly recommend you visit this restaurant.

Fantastic Value carvery. Not somewhere for a "special occasion" perhaps, but excellent value. £3.95 last time I went.

I agree with the preceding positive comments about the food and service, both of which are very good, but older diners like myself should note that the comments about the "great atmosphere" really mean that it is incredibly noisy and those who want to indulge in pleasant conversation with their partner should look elsewhere. Overall good ratings on the food and ambiance except there is a middle age lady whom is very aggressive in serving customer. Recommendation: To be a value for money and posh Chinese buffet restaurant, banana leaf should have more gentle and smiling faces around

I didn't think it possible but this restaurant beats the Aagrah into a hat! I have been several times and the quality of food and service is always excellent. Their nan bread served on a "tree" is something to see. Exceptional value for money, and a must for either casual dining or a bit of a do! Go try it1

Just discovered Boutique! It's the most gorgeous cocktail bar with really yummy bar staff, and best of all - they have a 'Twilight Zone' from 5-7pm every weekday night, where they give you a free cocktail everytime you buy one! The cocktails were so delicious we ended up staying most of the night...

I was not a big fan of Indian food until I went to Aagrah. The food is so fresh, and a good selection of dishes, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, service is impeccable. I have become an Aagrah-phile and go as often as possible.

It is such a nice venue with a lovely atmosphere which just lets you relax and unwind. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great- i will definitely go back!

discovered this place 6 months ago and have been loads of times since - it has taken over from the mumtaz and nawaab for me. absolutely brilliant food - fish masala to die for.

I was in Boutique last Sunday for lunch, had the belly pork, and have to say it was phenomenal. The meal was cooked and presented perfectly, and all for just £7.95. Have to say the finishing touch had to be the free bloody mary to go with it! Definitely a place to keep your eye on!

I was on a night out in Leeds on Friday and I just seemed to happen across this superb cocktail bar. It seemed that many had discovered it before me as the atmosphere was electric. Cocktails were easily the best I've ever had! I recommend one of their pornstar martini's!
