As usual, Los Santidos Loca didn't disappoint. The food was to die for, cocktails gorgeous and service fantastic. Love it!!!

Food was amazing the service was absolutely awful. sBooked a table for 3 at 8 o clock sat down at 7:55 had to ask for menus 20 minutes later was told by the waiter there was none. Then waited another 20 minutes for drinks and over an hour for food to come. Really really disappointed in the service as the food is amazing! You need more staff and more efficient staff. When we asked our waiter what was in a cocktail he said “I am not sure, read the board I think it’s written on there”.

Made a reservation on line and advised I had avoucher from Groupon. A couple of hours later I recived a call from Titos to say that they were not taking Groupon that evening as they had reached their limit on Goupon Bookings.

Have eaten here 4 times now - brought family - and had a perfect experience every time! Gorgeous food and a range of choices, perfect atmosphere, amazing gem in Northern Quarter. Always dreaming about that Milk Tart!

My wife and I were quickly sat down and drinks order taken. Food order was taken and we started with Garlic Bread, followed by Caprice Salad the Spaghetti Arrabiata . The Garlic bread came quickly but then we waited over 15 minutes but the salad never came, after a further 10 minutes the Spaghetti Arrabiata came. We questioned where the salad was but ?? We cancelled it as the Spaghetti was going cold but Oh Dear there was no taste of Arrabiata to it. As we were going to the theatre time was not on our side so had to leave. It is sad that GIOs let us down on this evening as we have been many times before and always had a good experience. We will be going again as we hope it was an odd evening for the chefs.

Went on Sunday afternoon for the first time. Decor was smart and stylish. The staff were polite and attentive without being intrusive. The icing on the cake was the food . Absolutely amazing. My partner and myself loved it and will definitely be coming back .

All the staff were fantastic, but the host ( especially ) pulled all the stops out. To receive such amazing service for just 'little old me' on a carb loading evening meal ahead of the marathon, was brilliant. He gave the same amount of attention to every single customer. And to top it all off, the food was excellent!!. I had spinach ravioli followed by tiramisu. I couldn't recommend the place highly enough!

This is our favourite place to eat, in the last 13 years not once have we had a bad experience here. The food is delicious, there is something for everyone, the staff and service is second to none, they have become like friends, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. It’s our first and only choice to eat out on special occasions too. On this visit we opted against the amazing ribs (for a change) I had the Sunday roast which was delicious, only made better by the fact I didn’t have to cook it. Fresh, well cooked, moist chicken, amazing homemade Yorkshire pudding too. My other half had the Gaucho burger which is an art form all in itself! It’s huge! Empty plates all round.

The food here is A++. Absolutely delicious. We're a regular and brought some friends from out of town for a meal recently. They absolutely loved it.

Absolutely fantastic food and the service was quick too. Perfectly tucked away but busy so would definitely recommend booking! The pre-theatre dinner menu was great value - we will certainly be back!

We arrived late for our booking, due to traffic , but received a warm welcome and were quickly seated and served drinks and food from the pre theatre menu. Friendly and professional staff and the food was delicious. Would loved to have stayed longer but needed to rush off for the performance. Ideally located if going to the palace theatre and would definitely recommend.
