I agree with a number of the previous reviews. The food was generally very good (although in my case the steak was a bit ‘sinewy’ and therefore chewy). Service was also very good. As previous reviewers have noted, it is quite expensive and true cost is hidden with the (apparently low) set menu cost which then has a number of add-ins (and drinks are quite expensive).

I absolutely love visiting this restaurant on trips to the theatre. The staff are amazing and I always feel so welcomed. And the food - well it's gorgeous. I look forward to visiting the restaurant as much as seeing the show!!

Yummy food~ great cocktails and welcoming staff throughout. The ambience was warm and intimate for catch ups. Plentiful of vegan options and a variety of deals also will definitely return in the near future.

We booked on the second night of opening, wonderful meal, returning in November for a birthday celebration and cannot wait. The steak was beautiful along with the accompanying sauces. So nice to have a nice restaurant in Hazel Grove.

Fabulous food on our first visit to Mario's. We both ordered the 3 course set menu. The only down side for me was the size of the portions. There was far too much for me to eat and when Mario came to collect our plates and saw that I hadn't finished my meal, he didn't seem very pleased. I explained to him that I was full and couldn't eat anymore. This put a downer on my birthday celebration meal. I know for next time to just order a main course and not the 3 course special.

Had such a lovely evening with friends made even better by the lovely food provided by the very nice waiters and waitresses nothing was too much trouble

Me and my family went here recently for a meal. The food was great, lots of flavour prepared well. Atmosphere was lovely, enjoyed the choice of music. Service was fantastic, staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal.

The best Pub food I’ve had !! Since the recent (no so) change of ownership- not only had the atmosphere greatly improved, but the food is now excellent ! Pizza outdoors a few weeks back, the burger last week- and the Steak and Ale pie yesterday (which was incredible). But, the best of all are the BBQ Wings ! Service is also excellent, and all the staff seem to be having fun and enjoying themselves whilst they do it - which I’m sure helps. Great vibe from the management which seems to have trickled down to all !

It was our first time visiting Giorgio’s and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommend

Had a lovely meal, staff were very welcoming & attentive, food was cooked well & the cocktails were lovely! I had the vegetarian flatbread & my husband had the steak & Steiner deal which was good value, he said it was one of the nicest steaks he’s had. Would definitely recommend & would definitely return!

Went for the first time last night ! It’s amazing I really recommend it here . The service was brilliant, all the staff members were lovely and really accommodating! The food was just fabulous, loads and loads of choice and portion size was fab too. Overall I’m really impressed and I think this is now I’m new favourite restaurant. Thank you I’ll be visiting again soon!

Had a fantastic family meal with the kids at The Fat Loaf. Food was excellent, staff were lovely, and can't leave a review without mentioning the music playlist, which was fab. Hadn't been for a long, long time, but we won't be leaving it so long next time!

Had a meal tonight, everything was amazing. Staff were attentive and friendly, the menu and food were great, and the steak was genuinely incredible. Really tender, cooked to perfection, cut like butter. Definitely recommened the mac and cheese side and blue cheese sauce. A really good addition to Hazel Grove, will definitely be going back.
