YUMMY! I love coming to eat a Gusto...the staff are really friendly and the food is always such good quality. I love that you can just pop in for a pizza or go all out with a lobster or a steak. It caters for every occasion and can't wait to return!!!
Gusto – EdinburghWe were very impressed indeed with this restaurant. We booked during the Open week and were seated promptly. A complimentary glass of margarita soon followed. The whole table agreed that it was the best they had ever had in this country. The service was very friendly and professional from the young female waiting staff who had clearly been trained (it amazes me that many restaurants don't do this) Our mains were very authentic. I had a beef chili that was with chunks of beef not mince and the freshest and softest tortillas I have tasted. The price was also very reasonable. We would all strongly recommend this place to anyone
The Grill House Restaurant – FifeTravelling from isle of Harris to Dundee stopped off at Glenkindie arms for an excellent lunch -cullen skink soup with home made bread and wonderful home made ice cream. Very comfortable restaurant and the owner/chef was very welcoming and friendly..A perfect resting place on our way home.Look forward to going there again.
Glenkindie Arms Hotel – AberdeenOur family attended a wedding close to The Mercat and we were lucky enough to book B&B for our stay in Cumnock. It was a pleasure to be guests at The Mercat as the standard of the rooms, hospitality and courtesy shown to us was perfect. The staff were more than helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, Mercat had easier access than other local hotels for the benefit of our elderly relative. The breakfast covered every one's choices and could not be faulted - we called it the " Lumberjack Special " Our thanks to all at Mercat making our stay as special as the wedding we attended. We wish them Good Luck for the future.

The Staging Post – AberdeenStaff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed and relaxed a great atmosphere and food is great quality and delicious i used to go to Langside College across the road from Battlefield Rest and as a student i did not have that much money but i used to go to Battlefield Rest nearly every lunch time with my college friends who were really surprised on how good the food is. I went today with my mother and i thought they food was even better you can not beat getting two meals plus a drink for £11.00 I highly recommend it to people that have not been before its fantastic!

Panda Chinese Cuisine – GlasgowI attended the Wheelhouse having been hungry and passing by at the time. The setting was nice however upon driving into the car park I thought for a place like this at lunchtime, during a weekend - why is it not full???! My first gut instincts should have led me elsewhere but I was intrigued. I ordered a chicken sandwich with soup and a soda water and lime seeing as the menu was quite expensive!!!! My partner ordered a burger and chips and a soda water and lime. We were both taken back at just how many staff were on hand on the day, given the place was dead! Although they were friendly I did think that something was not right... and my assumptions became true when I had my lunch. Not only was the bread dry and hard, the chicken mayonnaise filling was not nice and I did not finish it. Upon receiving the bill I was UTTERLY DISGUSTED to have to pay £2.50 each for two soda water and lime drinks (I MEAN FIZZY WATER WITH A DASH OF CORDIAL - WHERE IS THE JUSTIFICATION FOR THAT??!!) I complained to the staff when paying at the bar and said I can tell you this much I will not be coming back here again.... and the weird thing was... he was totally in support of my concerns saying yes it is shocking and a number of people have complained... he then proceeded to give me the Managing Directors business card... which I will be sure to contact!
The Wheelhouse – Argyll and ButeExcellent place to eat and the food lives up to expectations - and the kitchen/owner is even flexible enough to prepare dishes (with a bit of advance warning) that you like and are not on the menu. It's a bit too contemporary to have that 'old taverna' feel but let the food, wine, music and banter take you back to that holiday you enjoyed so much. You might even be lucky and have the sun shining outside. Only let down was the wine list - could do with padding out a bit more with some Greek wines, that are readily available in the UK these days.

You will not have any of the new style 2 mouth full meals as in lots of modern restaurants - here you will get MASSIVE loads of great quality food delivered by an extremely friendly member of staff and happy owners. We always travel from Alness with all our guests, -which have been many - and will be there at least once every two weeks. We can recommend this great place for you, your friends and relatives - ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!! - We always do.
La Mirage Restaurant – HighlandsCame here on a sunny day and enjoyed a great meal in the beer garden, I recommend the stir-fry. Ended up staying until late at night and having a beer in the bar with the friendly regulars. Great pub which I'll now be visiting regularly
