We ate at the restaurant twice. The food was absolutely stunning. I would recommend the pie which I can honestly say is the best I’ve ever had. Sunday lunch is simply something else. We had the sharing platter. It was plentiful and accompanied by a wide range of beautifully cooked vegetables. The meats were varied, beef, lamb, chicken and pork, and perfectly cooked. The beef was outstanding, so tender it falls off your fork. The lamb was just the right shade of pink with a gorgeously crisp skin. The young servers are great. Polite and efficient at all times. Nothing is too much trouble. Value for money is good given the quality of ingredients and standard of cooking. Lovely atmosphere on the Sunday.
