Lebanese Village – WindsorLovely pub with great service, friendly and quick. Great wine choices. Mixed opinion on the food…the prawn and Pork starters were absolutely delicious but let down by hard stale bread on the burger.
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadWe visited for brunch on Saturday 25/11/23 . A treat for a friend’s birthday . We had a warm welcome & were offered drinks before we looked at the menu which was great . Chloe served us & was fab - polite , smiley, attentive yet not overpowering . Coffee was really good . We both had the poached eggs and avocado on toast . The eggs were cooked to perfection . My friend fancied some hollandaise sauce with hers & Chloe sorted it straight away . We will be returning .
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadAbsolutely outstanding service and amazing food and the staff were very good and polite. Excellent. Made sure me and my friend were okay.
Lebanese Village – WindsorLovely food and very attentive service- thank you. It was really quiet when we were in but then it was Tuesday at 5pm so to be expected. Also thought the drinks were a little expensive but the food was good value for money and lovely.
Lebanese Village – WindsorExcellent food. Very helpful staff
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadVery good - good food, service, wine list, comfy and clean - a really good asset for the village, well done Tom and the Crown team.
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadExcellent experience having lunch at The Crown Inn. The food was excellent and very well priced. Service and ambiance 'top notch' and Holly and Tom were very welcoming and accommodating to our requests.
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadLovely food and really good service. It was quiet when we went but I've also been on a Friday & Saturday night and the atmosphere is great.
Lebanese Village – WindsorLovely evening with friends. Excellent and friendly service and delicious food
Lebanese Village – WindsorFirst time eating at the Crown on the recommendation of an employee at the Odney Club in Cookham. Impressed with the decor and brightness of the entrance. Our server Ben was excellent and attentive. He recommended the Confit Duck to my wife and it was very good. Would come back when we are next in the area.
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadWe ate here last week while we were visiting Scotland and London and it was one of the best meals we had on our whole trip. All of the food we ordered was delicious. Hummus and bread, lamb and chicken kebabs, rice. It was all amazing and I am Lebanese so I can attest to the fact that it is authentic. The service was great, everyone was so nice and welcoming! Would love to come back.
Lebanese Village – WindsorGreat tasting food Atmosphere was good Decor needs a bit of TLC Tables too close - possible re arrangement of furniture Drinks overpriced
Lebanese Village – WindsorHad visited the restaurant before and children were not welcome, however under new management children are. Belly dancer was entertaining but only did one 20 minute set. We ordered the skewer for two but there was not much more than the skewer for once so we would have been better off ordering two singles as we still felt hungry after. There were only two waiting staff and the restaurant was pretty full. They did a good job though and were welcoming and helpful. Overall a good night but drinks are a bit overpriced and portions should be a bit more generous.
Lebanese Village – WindsorSam the waiter made us really welcome when we arrived. He brought menu drinks water and was really attentive and listened to our allergy needs. On explaining nut allergy he went and explained to chef, came back and made suggestions to avoid. On asking which dishes he would recommend he was speaking from the heart (or tummy) and said which dishes he enjoyed. We ordered the lamb shank maquelabh which was superb and I would recommend to anyone. The halloumi meshwi was fabulous and lots of individual wonderful tastes . Even when the restaurant became busier he was still attentive . Well done Sam, chefs and Lebanese nights! We will be back.
Lebanese Village – WindsorFood very good, felt even soft drinks were far to expensive. Belly dancer very good
